Also, it will discuss the challenges and lack of scaling laws that hinder the large-scale use of LTA systems. CATIA V5 is file based and poses challenges such as long loading times in mobile office and its only accessibility through R&D. In recent years, headlamps in automotive industry have evolved into complex products. From simple bulb device, the technology of light systems has advanced to LED systems with dynamic light distribution and many functions to enhance the flare on the street. Developing such a system can be improved with the right simulation approach. As the complexity of system grows, the number of simulated problems also increases. One of newest simulation methods used at HELLA FORVIA (Lighting division) is the System Simulation Approach. The session will explore how Dymola behavioral modeling within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform is employed to integrate CAD and simulation data, supporting the project teams throughout the entire development process.
