Lauren brings with her over a decade of sustainability strategy consulting experience across multiple sectors. She has worked with some of the world’s largest organizations to drive impact at scale and at pace, whether by finding new ways to steer sustainable growth, reduce costs and drive value through new business models, or looking at the possibility of creating innovative, new opportunities through digital technology.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated how companies can build sustainable strategies to ensure their success for the next 100+ years.
Lauren’s experience includes financial valuations of sustainability strategies, assessment of individual initiatives, and programs and partner identification and assessment. She has worked most heavily with FMCG, communications & media companies and within the financial services sector, bringing true cross-industry strategy experience to her role. Lauren’s portfolio of global projects spans across Europe, Asia and the Americas.
Jonathan began his career designing and manufacturing powertrains and chassis components for the automotive industry. Since joining Dassault Systèmes in late 1999, he has been helping industries decarbonize their operations, embrace a circular economy, and adapt to environmental and consumer changes with digital technology, notably the virtual twin.
Xavier holds an engineering degree in information and decision systems from the University of Technology of Troyes.
He started his career in sales in 2007 at Dassault Systèmes (3DS), managing the support and pre-sales of digital factory solutions and the digitalization of manufacturing processes. In 2015, he joined the global direct sales organization for all 3DS brands, where he notably supported customer commitments and innovation centers around Industry 4.0.
Passionate about biomimicry and committed to act on the environmental challenges of the 21st century, he joined the 3DS Sustainability Team in 2021. Here he holds the position responsible for sustainable solutions and innovations, thus concretizing sustainability efforts within the company as well as in its customer commitments.
A graduate from ESCP Business School, Marion has been helping companies understand environmental issues for 15 years. She supports them through their ecological transition while creating economic value. Within Maobi, she helps companies formalize and deploy eco design and lifecycle assessment approaches.
Convinced that eco-responsibility is a source of creativity and value creation, Marion supports her customers to define and steer multidisciplinary eco-innovation projects in R&D, finance and marketing.
