In his previous role at Dassault Systèmes, as Director of Global Affairs and Innovative Business Development, he was instrumental to establish new partnerships by engaging in smart city projects and by developing industry-based programs for the workforce of the future.
Tarik CHAÏB is flexible both in the range of sales, Sales Management, projects and Management, he can deliver on the industries he has delivered them in. He is quick to understand both the project and business environments in order to successfully work within them. Klaus KROHNE received his Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Darmstadt University of Technology, Germany in 2002 and his Doctor of Sciences from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland in 2007. From 2007 to 2009 he was a Researcher with the A*Star Institute of High-Performance Computing in Singapore. His research interest is in the area of electromagnetic simulation and component optimization techniques. In 2009 he joined CST (Computer Simulation Technology) South East Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore, which was acquired by DASSAULT SYSTEMES in 2016. Today Klaus is responsible for the SIMULIA sales and technical sales in the Asia Pacific.
Shrivallabha KULKARNI works as a Senior General Manager and Head of Product Development IT at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, one of the largest and most multinational federation of companies with a leadership position in farm equipment and utility vehicles.
He graduated from Karnataka University with specialization in Mechanical Engineering and later pursued an Executive MBA from S P Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR).

Jaya Raju NAMALA is an Airbus Technology leader with 17 years of experience in solving some of the most challenging aerospace structural problems. Currently, he is playing two parallel leadership roles to enable engineering transformation, one as an Airbus Expert in Advanced nonlinear structural simulations and the other as an Airbus INDIA & South Asia Engineering Technical Referent Community leader.
He is India's first Airbus Tech expert and one of the youngest globally. He takes a lot of pride in developing new methods and shaping the future of Advanced nonlinear structural simulations. Daniel PYZAK graduated in Mechanical Engineering. He has over 38 years of experience in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM. After positions held in technical support and product management in various CAD/CAM companies (Cisi, Cisigraph, Matra Datavision), he joined Dassault Systèmes Provence in 1999 to manage the Competency Center. The main activities of DSP Competency Center are around tooling, machining, reverse engineering, rapid prototyping/additive manufacturing and data exchanges.
Ten years later, he became responsible of different CATIA technical teams inside for EMEAR (Design, Engineering). And since January 2020, he’s managing the worldwide CATIA Mechanical Industry Process Success organization with a strong focus on Lightweight Engineering: Generative Design, Composites, Mold & Die, Additive Manufacturing, Modeling & Simulation.

Mr. Akhilesh KUMAR JHA presently working as a senior scientist at the Aeronautical Development Establishment in the field of UAV Design and Development. He has done BTech from NIT Jamshedpur in mechanical engineering & MTech from IIT MUMBAI in aerospace structure. He has worked in the field of Airframe design, control surface design & development, landing gear design & development, fuel tank design and development, and digital mockup generation for MALE UAVs. He has also worked as a system engineer for Imported and indigenous payloads. He has published more than 20 papers in different national, and international conferences, seminars, and journals. He has been also awarded the lab scientist award for the year 2016. He is a member of the Aeronautical Society of India as well as the Indian Society for Advancement of Materials and Process.
Mr. Rohit VAIDYA is the Head of Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) at Engineering Research Centre, the product development center of Tata Motors. He is responsible for defining and ascertaining the performance attribute assurance through digital simulations of the new vehicle development programs.
Mr. Vaidya began his career with Tata Motors in 1997 after a brief stint at Godrej and Boyce Manufacturing Co. He has completed his bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Pune University and Master’s from IIT Bombay. He has strong domain experience in multiple domains of CAE. Particularly kinematics and dynamics of vehicles and systems, durability and fatigue, NVH, and computational fluid dynamics.
In over 29 years of his career in the automotive industry, he has held multiple technical leadership positions across the functions - primarily in the simulations and performance assurance. He has contributed to developing a systematic process of front loading engineering calculations and effectively leading the engineering design. CAE is used in two phases. i.e., the targets and specification phase and the validation & certification phase. A significant portion of the attribute development is undertaken in the digital domain and all the essential attributes, viz. NVH, Durability, Dynamics, Climate control, external aerodynamics, and underhood thermal management utilize the latest CAE software and processes. The role of CAE in the design phase has several benefits - notably thorough design space exploration and optimal design. He has contributed to institutionalizing these processes and developing a solid team.

Mr. Praveen Mysore is Technical Director at Dassault Systèmes India Private Limited. He has been associated with Dassault Systèmes since 2002. Before joining Dassault Systèmes he was working with Mahindra & Mahindra, Mumbai as Press Tool Designer.
At Dassault Systèmes, he has held various positions starting with Application Engineer, Technical Manager, Brand Sales Director and now Technical Director. Anand has 11 years of experience in CAE field with expertise in modeling & simulation for virtual product validation across industries. Anand received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2009 from university of Pune and completed his master's in Design Engineering from College of Engineering, Pune in 2011. Anand then joined Tata Technologies as a Post Graduate Trainee and took up a role of CAE Analyst after the training. He worked on full vehicle model build and crashworthiness simulations for automotive OEMs such as Fiat-Chrysler, Tata Motors.
Anand joined Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA brand in 2015 as Solution Consultant and worked on development of crash barrier models such as MPDB, AEMDB, NHTSA and crash dummy models such as WorldSID-50, Q6 dummy.
