Lucas FLOREZ (MSc) is the Digital Transformation Leader for Circular & Sustainable Supply Chains at DELMIA, a Dassault Systèmes company. He spearheads DELMIA's program on sustainable innovation. Lucas holds a bachelor in Computer Science & two master's degrees (Computer Science and Engineering & Policy Analysis).

Derek JULIEN has over 20 years of experience in building Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) software across the automotive, aerospace and defense, industrial equipment, high tech, consumer packaged goods and the life sciences industry verticals. Currently, he is the R&D leader for the DELMIA MOM domain worldwide, which includes the products, DELMIA Apriso and DELMIA Operations (Velocity). Derek holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering and a Bachelor of Information Technology in Computer Science, both obtained from Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia.
Fred THOMAS is the Strategic Business Development Director for the DELMIA brand of Dassault Systèmes specifically covering the Transportation & Mobility and Industrial Equipment industries.
Mr. THOMAS focuses on industrial operations strategies and solutions to support global, complex discrete manufacturers. Mr. THOMAS spent 12 years with Volkswagen of America as part of the IT leadership team, responsible for manufacturing, distribution, finance and dealership management systems.
As Vice President of IT for Ross Roy Communications, his organization was responsible for developing many of Chrysler Corporation’s original web sites and interactive advertising programs. THOMAS has also held senior management positions with BRAIN NA and Descartes Systems and industry positions with Baan and Novell.
Brian ELWOOD joined Dassault Systèmes in 2018 and has over 23 years of manufacturing systems expertise. Throughout his career he has worked for IBM, Rockwell Automation, GE and Apple.

Thomas Muth has more than 25 years of industry experience in ERP, MES / MOM and Digital Manufacturing software and technology solutions supporting operational excellence. Across a wide range of industries in Aerospace, Transportation, Industrial Equipment, Consumer Goods, and Life Sciences. Thomas also is an active member with MESA International, Smart Manufacturing Working Group and the North America Manufacturing Leadership Council.
Michael J. BRADFORD has over 30 years of experience in Manufacturing and Information Technologies as a MIS Manager, Materials Manager, Management Consultant, Software Consultant, Business Owner and part-time college instructor. He is currently the Sr. Industry Process Consultant for Transportation & Mobility in the DELMIA Center of Excellence. Mike is a member of ASCM (the Association for Supply Chain Management – formerly APICS) and AIAG (the Automotive Industry Action Group.) He has contributed to multiple industry work groups, has spoken at numerous industry workshops and conferences and has been published in several trade magazines.
After a couple of years spent at some French automotive OEM, as part of the IT Team, I joined DASSAULT SYSTEMES in 2007. Before joining DELMIA R&D, Najib worked as a Simulation Engineer at Faurecia. Najib graduated from École Normale Supérieure in 2017 after a successful internship in DELMIA CoE team at Dassault Systèmes.

NC KISHORE has been in the Manufacturing domain for over 27 years, and with Dassault Systèmes for 24 years working mainly in Fabrication topics involving NC Machine tools, Robots, process planning, and the past few years involved in Additive Manufacturing.
He has presented at various conferences over the years and has worked with numerous customers worldwide in cross-industries over the years in developing best practices and supporting deployments. He is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA from Michigan State University.
As a Lean Manufacturing Senior Manager, Florette D'HUMIERES has been installing Lean Production Systems in several companies and industries mainly in aeronautics and automotive for the past 5 years. She has a strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Change Management as well as in the transfer of knowledge and Knowhow.
Florette joined DASSAULT SYSTEMES in 2018 to support Lean Digitization through the DELMIA 3DLean application, and continues to support its deployment and continues development at many customers.
