Siva (Sivapalan) SENTHOORAN is the Director for Acoustics and Interior Comfort Industry Processes within the SIMULIA brand at Dassault Systèmes. In this role, he is responsible for the development and worldwide deployment of digital solutions for vehicle acoustics and cabin comfort.
Siva holds a PhD in computational aeroacoustics from Texas Tech University, and has over 17 years of experience in working together with worldwide vehicle manufacturers in solving their aeroacoustics problems.
Phil SHORTER has over 20 years of experience in the development of commercial vibro-acoustic simulation software. He was one of the co-founders of wave six LLC and led the teams responsible for the research, development, promotion and support of the wave6 software.
After the acquisition of wave six LLC by Dassault Systèmes, he has continued to lead the vibro-acoustics team as part of his role as a Senior R&D Director within SIMULIA. Phil holds a PhD in vibro-acoustics from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
Brad HEERS started working with Dassault Systèmes and its brand SIMULIA in 2000. He is an expert in the field of simulation, working in this field already since 1993.
Within SIMULIA he has held a variety of positions within product management, technical strategy, and business strategy roles. Currently, he is the Director of Structures Enablement within the SIMULIA brand, responsible for connecting R&D priorities and projects with customer needs and requirements.
