With 18+ years professional PLM experience, Joe's passion is applying PLM solution expertise to transform complex business processes with technology to deliver competitive advantage with emphasis in aerospace, model-based definition, digitization, automation, and continuous improvement. He has implemented innovations within the PLM environment across multiple aircraft programs throughout their design, certify, manufacture, service, and maintenance life cycle.
As part of the team that implemented 3D Model Based Design (MBD), Joe has witnessed how the digital twin data revolutionized manufacturing and operations, and the tremendous value that can be realized when connecting the digital twin and the product data throughout all facets of the enterprise.
Today Joe is the Director of PLM at Boom where he owns the PLM implementation for its Supersonic commercial airliner. In this role, he and his teams are using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and ENOVIA to develop and deliver a new 64 to 80 passenger Supersonic aircraft and engine program.
Jennifer DEPPEN serves as the Director of Digital Engineering at BAE Systems, SMS. She currently leads the company’s digital engineering strategy and transformation efforts by aligning various capabilities and projects under an overarching scope/strategy. She also oversees the implementation of a PLM system built on Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE platform configured for BAE Systems, Space and Mission Systems (SMS) sector.
Jennifer joined the company in 2004 as a systems engineer, working on various programs. She’s had a variety of roles ranging from engineering to technical management, to senior positions.
For over 25 Brian’s professional experience has centered on pioneering enterprise simulation process data management, its inclusion of the Virtual Twin and the overall Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to design. He has lead roles at major companies including Boeing, MSC Software and Dassault Systèmes, and today, Brian is a PLM Solution Architect at Boom Supersonic. Brian graduated with a MS, Mechanical Engineering and BS, Engineering Physics at the University of Oklahoma.
Stephane DECLEE is the CEO of the Dassault Systemes ENOVIA brand, appointed to this position in January 2016.
In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the ENOVIA brand strategy, portfolio and business operations. As the CEO of ENOVIA, his is also a member of the Dassault Systemes’ Global Executive Management team.
Stephane Declee has 25 years of experience in engineering and executive leadership at Dassault Systemes, where he began his career in 1991 as a research and development software engineer.
He later became Product Manager and Domain Leader for the company’s flagship brand, CATIA, and was then promoted to Vice President, Strategy and Research. Following this, he was named Vice President, Research and Development of the ENOVIA brand based in the United States, where he led the acquisition and integration of MatrixOne and subsequent ENOVIA launches.
He was then moved into Vice President, Research and Development Industry Solutions, where he used his leadership to formulate and implement the Dassault Systemes industry go-to-market approach.
Stephane Declee was appointed Vice President, Energy, Process and Utilities Industry, Dassault Systemes in 2012. In this role, he drove the industry’s adoption of a new digital perspective for the entire business lifecycle—from innovation to recycling — with a vision to deliver sustainable life for the 21st century using Dassault Systemes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Susan joined Dassault Systemes in 2008 and today leads Advocacy Marketing for its ENOVIA brand. As the global Director, User Advocacy Susan extends her passion for collaboration and innovation to empower customers, partners and industry experts to share, solve, and achieve new levels of sustainable growth. Susan also volunteers with Massachusetts' chapter of Women in Manufacturing, a national organization dedicated the growth and empowerment of Women in Manufacturing. Prior to working at Dassault Systemes, Susan led several roles at Sun Microsystems, especially in Sales.
Michael MARK is a senior professional with more than 25 years experience at Dassault Systemes responsible for diverse roles including new product development, product management, strategic planning, customer communication and business development. Today, as the Sr. Director, Worldwide Industry Process for ENOVIA, Michael maintains authoritative knowledge and expertise across the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ENOVIA role Portfolio and ENOVIA-led Industry Processes to support the success of all 3DS geos and their clients.
James has been with DS since 2019, and is part of the ENOVIA R&D Define Organization. His team leads the define for several ENOVIA solutions including, Sourcing and Supplier Management, Project Management, Cost Management, Materials Compliance, Portfolio and Product Management and Change Management. Prior to joining DS, James spent over 20 years in the Transportation and Mobility and High Tech Industries where he led Sourcing and Supplier Development Activities for companies such as Harman International (A Samsung Company), ZF (TRW) and Yazaki North America.
Brad ELMENHURST is Vice President of North America Industry Services for Dassault Systemes. DSIS are experts in Business Transformation to DS products. In this role Brad is responsible for: Leading the strategic direction and services of Dassault Systemes customers through a Business Transformation solution which will leverage industry standards and functional capabilities to optimize and automate the way a customer runs the business; Transforming a customer’s business that provides user-centric, value-based software solutions that are implemented and sustained with top quartile commercial-like services; Ensuring the maintainability, availability, integrity, and security of Dassault Systemes solutions.
Sam leads the North American ENOVIA consulting team, focusing on new and more expansive spaces of what we know about PLM and what the 3DEXPERIENCE platform can do for our customers, large and small.
Francisco RIVERA started his career in world-class automotive manufacturing. He later applied the knowledge acquired about quality and lean manufacturing to implementing quality solutions in automotive and aerospace firms around the globe.
After over 20 years of international consulting experience with OEMs and suppliers, Francisco joined Dassault Systèmes to promote cross-brand end-to-end quality solutions.
