Paul GRANADA (US ANG, Major, retired) is part of the Dassault Systemes Aerospace & Defense strategy and innovation team developing solutions to empower and enable the Aerospace and Defense industry with virtual twin experiences. His primary focus is on global Aerospace and Defense OEMs, Tier 1 Suppliers and the Defense customers they serve. Prior to his current role, Paul spent five years developing the North America consulting and system integrator alliance business for Dassault Systemes North America. With Dassault Systemes since 2013, Paul also supported the business consulting efforts in support of the Value Added Resellers channel for five years. Concurrently to his civilian career, Paul served in the (US) Army National Guard and (US) Air National Guard in various maintenance, repair and overhaul assignments, retiring as an F-15 Maintenance Officer in 2017 Paul earned a Master in Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts (Lowell).
Francisco RIVERA is a seasoned quality management expert with over two decades of experience. He holds an engineering degree in computer science and a masters in international business administration. He joined Dassault Systèmes in 2021, where he applies his knowledge on quality management.
With a stint on the shop floor of a leading automotive OEM, Francisco delved into the core of manufacturing excellence, understanding its nuances firsthand. Transitioning to software product management, he engaged with global clients, tailoring technology solutions to enhance manufacturing processes.
As Vice President of Global Business Development, Francisco led initiatives to explore new markets, leveraging his strategic vision and innovation to drive business expansion. His multicultural leadership approach enables him to implement technology tailored to manufacturing needs worldwide.
