Our commitment to your safety
After nearly two years apart, we realize how important it is for the SIMULIA community to gather together in person. Your health and safety is important to us. As part of this commitment, Dassault Systèmes is taking reasonable measures for the protection of the health and safety of attendees to our Regional User Meetings (RUMs). In order to do so in the safest way possible, we are committed to following guidelines from our government and local public health authorities.
This page will be updated regularly as protocols change so you know what to expect when you arrive. We will continue to monitor and evaluate our health safety protocols as medical and government recommendations evolve. If you have questions, please email SIMULIA.Mkt.RUM@3ds.com.
What to expect at the RUM (updated April 2022)
The Corona guidelines of the German state Hessen apply in the Congress Park Hanau. The Corona Virus Basic Protection Measures Ordinance (CoBaSchuV) dropped many restrictions in the event area. It requires individual responsibility! Considering the still-high number of infections, being vaccinated or tested before attending an event is still recommended. We agree with this recommendation - the health of everyone involved remains our top priority. As the organizer, we are asked to sensitize our guests accordingly. | |
Wearing of masks will be optional as long as the community level for COVID risk remains low. Disposable masks will be made available at registration for those who would like a mask. |
|
Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venues to encourage frequent hand sanitization. |
