Rodrigo is a member of the IPS team for the High Tech Industry in the Simulia Brand. With over a decade of dedicated experience in electromagnetic simulation, he specialized in high-frequency applications, handling both pre- and post-sales responsibilities. In his current role, Rodrigo is dedicated to enhancing simulation workflows and designing innovative solutions for first-of-its-kind challenges. He earned his BSc in Science and Technology in 2011 and Information Engineering in 2012, both from UFABC in Brazil. In 2022, he obtaining an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Germany. Rodrigo's expertise and interests encompass telecommunications (including 5G/6G technologies), meta-materials, and network planning.
Luca received a double M.Sc. degree in 2018: one in Computer Science from Université Côte d’Azur, Sophia Antipolis, France, and the other in Telecommunications Engineering from Politecnico di Bari, Italy.
He completed his Ph.D. in 2021 at the Laboratory of Electronics, Antennas, and Telecommunications (LEAT), Université Côte d’Azur, with a focus on integrated reconfigurable antenna systems for dynamic wireless IoT and 5G applications.
Since 2021, he has been working at Greenerwave, where he applies his expertise to the design and development of Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS) for advanced wireless systems, addressing both terrestrial and satellite communication needs.
In his current role as RF Team Leader, he develops and coordinates cross-disciplinary efforts to design, implement, and validate RIS technologies, bridging theory, simulation, and real-world deployment.
