Hicham works as an Industry Process Consultant with major focus on the High Tech Industry within Dassault Systèmes. Hicham has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering with research focused on Fracture Mechanics from the University of Quebec, Canada. His major interests are material modeling and calibration, brittle materials, plastics and composites, as well as fatigue and creep interaction. Before joining Dassault Systèmes Hicham spent 12 years working as a R&D Engineer/Scientist at different organizations in aerospace, nuclear, and renewable energies.
On the North America Industry Process Consultant team is Tyler DODGE. Coming directly from his Ph.D. in Physics at Boston College, Tyler computationally studied plasmonic effects in meta-structures and the non-trivial optical phenomena that can be created. As one of the electromagnetics experts at Dassault Systèmes, he’s come across many simulations of antennas, filters, EMC/EMI, PCB’s, cables, bio-EM, and thermal losses. He’s originally from Colorado but is located in Boston currently, where he enjoys running and all winter sports like skiing/snowboarding.
