Ravikiran POTHUKUCHI leads Dassault Systèmes’ Manufacturing & Logistics business in India. His role is to define the business strategy to expand Dassault Systèmes’ solution footprint in India’s rapidly growing manufacturing & logistics sectors.
Ravikiran started his career with Dassault Systèmes in 2004, donned various roles within its R&D organization before moving into a business development role in 2011. In 2017, he took the countrywide responsibility to grow the market share in its core industry verticals. Having delivered a YoY double-digit growth for the last 4 years, he is entrusted with the responsibility to tap the growth potential of India’s manufacturing & logistics sectors.
A graduate of premier academic institutions IIT-Madras, IIM-Bangalore, he is also a DAAD scholar and a member of several industry bodies such as SAE and IFCCI.
Abhay PASHILKAR is presently working as Program Director (Civil Aircraft Projects) at CSIR- National Aerospace Laboratories. He holds a post-doctoral in neural network control from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and a Ph.D in Aerospace engineering from Indian Institute of Science (IISC)
Mr. Praveen MYSORE is Technical Director at Dassault Systèmes India Private Limited. He has been associated with Dassault Systèmes since 2002. Before joining Dassault Systemes he was working with Mahindra & Mahindra, Mumbai as Press Tool Designer.
At Dassault Systèmes, he has held various positions starting with Application Engineer, Technical Manager, Brand Sales Director and now Technical Director. He is responsible for engaging with clients across 12 industry verticals on business transformational projects. His main focus is to drive the value engagements with clients to ensure that clients maximize the value of the solution from Dassault Systemes and benefit from business transformation.
He has worked with many Indian and overseas clients in Asia Pacific region deploying the digital solution for engineering, manufacturing and governance from Dassault Systemes.
Mr. Praveen holds M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from VTU.
Yves GÉNEVAUX is a Graduate Engineer from the Ecole des Arts et Métiers. He has worked in the field of system and software engineering for embedded systems for more than twenty-five years. He collaborated with key accounts of the aeronautical, railways, automotive, energy, telecommunications and defense industries worldwide.
After several years working as a Software engineer, he developed several start-ups offering development and validation tools for embedded systems (Verilog, PolySpace Technologies, Argosim). He also worked for large US-based companies such as The Mathworks. In Dassault Systèmes, Yves is in charge of developing the sales of CATIA Stimulus.
Kiran brings 17 years of experience related to Systems Engineering and currently handles Dassault Systèmes Collaborative Systems Engineering solution offering. He works with customers across multiple industries to help them use CATIA Systems Engineering solution.
Prior to joining Dassault Systèmes, Kiran worked for MathWorks focusing on CDA (Control Design and Automation) vertical for MathWorks products.
Kiran holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Karnataka and Master’s degree in Automotive Electronics from Coventry University, UK.
Kiran is also an INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)
Experienced in Systems Engineering, Simulations & Optimization; with a demonstrated history of work experience in aerospace and power industry. He is skilled in Mass & Energy Balance, Thermal Analysis, Power Plants, Air Management Systems, Control Systems Design, and Fluid Mechanics.
Dr. Vanamala Madhusudana Rao is an outstanding Scientist /Scientist ‘H’ and currently serving as Project Director(LCA AF Mk2) in Aeronautical Development Agency. He did his PhD in Embedded systems in the area of ‘Optimization of Fault tolerant architechture for increased flight safety and improved performance’.
Started his career as Scientist in ISRO satellite Center(ISAC)/URSC, Bangalore in 1990 and has rich experience of working on INSAT-2A and IRS-1C satellite projects in Control systems group. Subsequently joined Aeronautical Development Agency(ADA) in 1993 and has rich Experience on Avionics Systems, Digital Flight Control Systems of LCA and its variants, Integrated Flight control System in various capacities. He also worked as a chief co-oridinator for LCA MK1A from ADA. He has the honor for indigenously developing and qualifying the MEM based sensor package for Fighter aircraft.
He is honored with Excellency Award in ADA/DRDO in 2001, Young Achiever of the year 2004 Award by Aeronautical society of India, DRDO AGNI team Award for indigenous realization of LCA sub systems towards self-reliance in 2012,Bharat Rathna Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Gold Medal Award in 2019..etc.
He has various publications in International Journals and presented papers in various National and International conferences. He had to his credit various National and International Patents in the area of flight controls and avionics. His contribution as a member of various organization such as IEEE, INCOSE, EMI/EM Society of India and fellow of IETE etc. has benefitted to the Aerospace community.
Dr. Devanandham Henry holds a B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering from Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai, an M.Tech in Aerospace Systems Engineering from IIT-Bombay, and a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, USA. Dr. Henry has worked as a Scientist at the Aeronautical Development Agency, Bangalore on the Air Force and Naval versions of the Indian Light Combat Aircraft - Tejas. He was a Research Engineer with the Systems Engineering Research Center at Stevens Institute of Technology, USA and has worked on a number of systems engineering related projects sponsored by various agencies within the U.S. Department of Defence and the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE). Upon returning to India in 2019, he has worked in the UAV industry, and is currently pursuing a career in Systems Engineering consultancy, research, and education.
Thomas is a Consultant at CATIA No Magic. He has joined Dassault Systèmes in 2020 in the Industry Process department formerly known as Center of Excellence. He has worked 13 years in MBDA mainly as a system engineer on several projects and as equipment requirement authority.
Thomas is graduated from engineering school: “Ecole Centrale de Lille” and has master of research in aeronautic from “Ecole Centrale de Paris”. He is also OMG certified in SysML.
A successful leader in digital technologies and currently developing and innovating on IIoT and Industry 4.0 areas to improve manufacturing and operational efficiencies for different organizations. He developed and mentored large teams and successfully guided them to deliver quality products to Tier1/OEMs in aerospace. Throughout his career, he has built numerous competent engineering teams in aerospace domain leading to high performing and motivated teams. He has been setting new bench marks in delivering AS9100 Standards to clients all round the world by establishing processes and deliver value in aerospace domain.
Dr Ramesh Gabbur has been working with GTR as a technical director since 2016. He worked as a head designer, responsible for Designing and Developing the Light Combat Aircraft -Mk2. For 13 years he worked as an Associate Project Director (ADA), working in Aircraft Systems Design Integration/Certification/ Type approval of LCA Systems/components for LCA Mk1 and Navy Mk1 programme.
Dr Gabbur has a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University. He did his Mtech in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Bombay. He holds a doctoral degree in Systems Engineering Approach for Design & Development of Combat Aircraft.
Dr. Nikhil Joshi presently leads the MBSE Center of Excellence team at HCL Technologies. His research covers System Architecture synthesis and analysis, with a focus on formal Model Based Systems Engineering. He also has experience building models for complex system behavior using System Dynamics, Discrete Event Simulation, and Agent Based Modeling. Nikhil has completed a Ph. D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Graduate Certificate course in System Design and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He actively contributes to the INCOSE Smart Cities Initiative and co-leads the INCOSE India MBSE Chapter Working Group.
Dr. Dharmadhikari is an instructor for courses in the domain of Embedded Systems, focusing on systems engineering. These include Embedded System Design, Embedded Linux, Real Time Operating Systems, Electronic Products design etc.
Dr. Vidhyadhar Dharmadhikari holds a Phd in Electronics Engineering with research area ""MPEG Video Transport over Packet switched Networks”. He has experience of teaching Electronics Engineering for Undergraduate and Post Graduate students since 1986. His special interests are; Design of Electronic Systems for industries, Curriculum design for electronics courses, Designing e-learning resources for student etc.
He has published numerous research papers as well on various topics such as Automotive Embedded Systems, Video Processing, and Engineering Education etc.
Abhishree is an MBA from Delhi Technological University and graduated from UPES as an aerospace engineer. She has worked for Aerospace and defence industry for more than 7 years and has collaborated with accounts like HAL, BEL, Thales, NPCIL and DRDO Labs in India.
