Fabrice SERVANT is the Customer Success Director at GEOVIA, a Dassault Systèmes brand that provides digital solutions for urban planning, infrastructure, and natural resource management.
With over 20 years of experience in the B2B software industry and expertise in data management, geospatial information (GIS), and virtual reality (VR/AR), he has led the development of several city digital twins in Asia. Recently, he contributed to an article for the Open Geospatial Consortium on Urban Digital Twins, aimed at helping local government officials adopt these new tools.
He has a keen interest in how cities can contribute to global sustainability by achieving carbon neutrality. Fabrice holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers (ENSAM) and an MBA from INSEAD.
Ferial NADJI is a business consultant in the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction). With 10 years of experience in this field, she has held various roles covering the construction project lifecycle, from land acquisition to delivery. She has worked on diverse topics such as off-site and modular construction, health and well-being in housing and new digital tools on construction sites. This experience led to creating a software publishing startup dedicated to real estate development, which she managed for 5 years.
She is currently completing her PhD in AI and construction project management.

She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and an engineering degree in sustainable construction project management, with a PhD nearing completion.
