Dominique began his career in 1989 as a software developer and application engineer, specializing in automated software for 2-5 axis CNC machine programming. In 2001, he joined DASSAULT SYSTÈMES’ DELMIA brand, initially focusing on automotive powertrain manufacturing process solutions. He later transitioned to consulting for the aerospace industry, developing solutions for aircraft manufacturing in collaboration with a major OEM.
In 2010, Dominique shifted his focus to the industrial equipment industry, consulting on supply chain solutions for a leading tire manufacturer. He subsequently assumed responsibility for DASSAULT SYSTÈMES’ manufacturing, supply chain, and operations management solutions for the entire industrial equipment industry, including industrial machinery, construction and heavy mobile machinery, fabricated metal products, and tire manufacturing segments.
Most recently, Dominique led the heavy mobile machinery and equipment segment within the Industrial Equipment industry. Since September 2022, he has headed the DELMIA Fabrication portfolio, encompassing both NC machine and additive manufacturing machine programming.
Dariusz KUDZIA is responsible for DELMIA Machining sales worldwide since 2023.
Before joining Dassault Systems he held number of management positions at Apriso Corp., California based leading Manufacturing Execution Software vendor. As a Director of the Professional Services he was responsible for project delivery across Europe, later on as Senior Sales Director was responsible for developing business in Northern Europe.
He joined Dassault systems in 2013 as a Sales Director responsible for DELMIA brand sales in Northern Europe. Between 2019 and 2024 he was responsible for DELMIA Sales across Northern, Central and Southern Europe.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in software industry, including management, project delivery and enterprise software sales.
Dariusz holds Master degree in Electronics and PhD in Physics.
Jimmy began his career in 1995 as a programmer on the CATIA V3 software, specializing in 5-axis machining. In 1998, he joined ISCAR as the director of the special tools production workshop and seminars, before founding his own service company dedicated to multi-axis programming and machining in 2006.
In 2008, he joined the R&D department at DASSAULT
Ray began his career in precision manufacturing in the Toolroom for Molins PLC manufacturing jigs and fixtures for the production line. In 1996, he shifted focus into plastic Injection mould toolmaking where he specialised in CAD/CAM and 5 axis Milling Hard metals and became the CAM manager during the 10 year period. In 2005 he shifted to aerospace precision machining military/space/commercial components for small parts up to 22metres in length. he worked at Magellan Aerospace for 12 years as the manufacturing Engineering Manager. Running the CAD.CAM depts of 2 sites. Ray now supports Global projects and Sales for Kyocera-SGS focusing mainly but not exclusively on Aerospace application projects on key accounts.
Joao's area of expertise covers engineering and manufacturing processes with an emphasis on high-performance tooling solutions and machining strategies. He specialises in assisting customers with process optimisation; how best to utilise SGS tooling to machining soft and hard materials, predominantly in the aerospace, medical and automotive industries. Joao supports various key accounts across Europe, and he’s also involved with major turnkey projects in Europe and USA.
Dave completed his apprenticeship as a tool maker at the heart of industrial UK, in Sheffield. Throughout his career, spanning over 40 years, Dave has gained in-depth knowledge of the cutting tool industry with particular focus on the aerospace and medical sectors. Dave now leads the talented Kyocera SGS sales and marketing teams, supporting them to bring our technology and innovation to our global customer portfolio.
Even after being the industry for so long Dave says, he is still learning and enjoys the daily challenge of solving customers problems.
Phil KIRKLAND is a highly experienced manufacturing research leader, currently serving as the Special Projects and Engagement Manager at the University of Sheffield's Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC). In this role, he drives the strategic direction for manufacturing research, collaborating with industrial partners, manufacturing thought leaders, and academic stakeholders to identify future opportunities and enhance subtractive manufacturing capabilities.
Phil’s extensive career at the AMRC includes roles such as Head of The Machining Group, Engineering Manager, Technology Fellow, and Project Liaison. He has worked with major partners including Boeing, Rolls-Royce, Safran Landing Systems, and BAE Systems. His work has driven the successful delivery of multiple complex aerospace and manufacturing projects.
With over a decade of experience in advanced manufacturing, Phil is recognised for his leadership, technical expertise, and ability to foster collaboration across industry and academia.
