Eric HOLZMAN is a Consulting Engineer at Northrop Grumman in Baltimore where he has spent the last 20 years designing and analyzing active arrays and other antennas for radar, EW and communications applications. Before Northrop, he worked at Millitech, Lockheed Martin and Hughes Missile Systems Company. Dr. HOLZMAN earned a Ph.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles, is a Senior Member of the IEEE, author of two books, about 50 publications and holder of eight patents in the microwave field.
Dr. Miguel RAMIREZ serves as the Structural Lead in the Microelectronics Design and Applications at Northrop Grumman in Baltimore, MD. His work centers on the stress and fracture mechanics of advanced computing systems operating in cryogenic environments. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, he contributed at NASA Glenn Research Center, where he focused on analyzing the stress and fracture mechanics of the Orion Main Engine and the High Efficiency Megawatt Motor. Dr. RAMIREZ earned his Ph.D. from Purdue University, specializing in viscoelastic damage mechanics for additively manufactured short fiber composites under the mentorship of Dr. Byron Pipes in the additive manufacturing research group.
Chris is a Senior Industry Process Consultant at Dassault Systèmes, with over 15 years specializing in finite element analysis. Before coming to DS, Chris also has past industry experience working for Boeing, NASA, and Johnson & Johnson. He also has a BS and MS in Engineering Mechanics from Virginia Tech. In his current role, he is responsible for demonstrating and developing solutions on Abaqus, the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, and other Simulia tools.
Enow TANJONG is an IPC Senior Manager at Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA, with over 18 years of experience in Applied Computational Electromagnetic Analysis engaging with major OEMs as well as midsize to smaller corporations. He leads part of the Electromagnetics IPC team for SIMULIA in North America. He received his Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts where he specialized on Numerical and Experimental Electromagnetic Analysis of Complex Metallic Radiating Structures.
Pushkaraj is an Industry Process Consultant Specialist at Dassault Systemes, with more than 10 years’ experience specializing in finite element analysis. Before joining DS, Pushkaraj obtained his MS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Cincinnati. In his current role, he is responsible for demonstrating and developing solutions in Abaqus, the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, and other SIMULIA tools.
Dr. Indranil DANDAROY has close to 30 years of industry and academic experience in the field of acoustics, vibration and shock. He leads the pre-post technical sales & business development for Dassault Systèmes (DS) wave6 Americas field support team. Prior to joining DS, Indranil spent 15 years at Lockheed Martin as a Dynamics Technical Fellow where he extensively used wave6 on various spacecraft, satellite and missile programs for design and verification. Before that, he spent a decade in business aviation leading the acoustics group at Beechcraft designing quiet interiors. He has also served as Adjunct Faculty at various universities teaching undergraduate and graduate courses. Indranil has a Masters and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering in Acoustics from University of Missouri-Rolla.
Jose GARCIA is an Industry Process Senior Consultant at Dassault Systèmes, where he specializes in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and systems simulation. Since joining the company in 2022, he has helped organizations advance their digital engineering capabilities through integrated modeling and simulation solutions. Before joining Dassault Systèmes, Jose spent over a decade supporting systems engineering initiatives across the U.S. Aerospace and Defense sectors. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rice University and has completed advanced coursework at MIT, Georgia Tech, and the National Cryptologic School.
