LaTreace is a Systems Engineer for the Advance Development Programming (ADP) Skunk Works organization at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company. She has more than 22 years of experience in the Aerospace industry focused in Systems Engineering, Model-based Systems Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Systems Integration & Test, and Digital Threading as it relates to connecting digitally multiple engineering disciplines integrated products and product development and Digital Transformation as it relates to using PLM and Systems Engineering tools. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering degree from Grambling State University, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Certification in Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) from the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE). In addition, LaTreace is committed to mentoring girls and young women with Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) aspirations. She enjoys her role as a Big Brothers and Big Sisters Mentor 2.0 to help her Mentee throughout her high school years to develop skills necessary to become successful scientists and engineers.
