Ron KRATZKE is a Senior Solutions Consultant for Dassault Systèmes, CATIA/No Magic. He has over 30 years of experience in complex systems management and systems engineering. He spent the first 20 years of his professional career as a U.S. Navy Surface Warfare officer specializing in the operation, maintenance, and management of Navy nuclear power plants and shipboard combat systems. Mr. KRATZKE is formally educated in systems engineering having completed a master’s degree in systems engineering during his final assignment on the Navy staff in the Pentagon where he participated in integrated mission area analysis and developing capability requirements for the Navy in coordination with the Department of Defense Joint Staff.
Following his navy career, Mr. KRATZKE provided system engineering design support on advanced systems for a number of government organizations including: the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense. Over this time frame he has had responsibility as a Chief System Engineer, Chief System Architect, and Project Manager. He has used model-based system engineering methodologies and toolsets for more than 15 years before joining the CATIA/No Magic team as a Senior Solutions Consultant.
Mr. KRATZKE has written papers, provided presentations, and participated as a panel member on a number of system engineering topics at International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) meetings, IEEE System Engineering Conference, and National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) System Engineering Conferences. Ron is a Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) through INCOSE, a Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt through American Society for Quality (ASQ), a SAFe Practitioner and, a certified OCSMP-Model User.
Zilvinas is an Industry Business Consultant with Dassault Systèmes. He is responsible of delivering various modeling solutions and trainings to Dassault Systèmes clients. Zilvinas specializes in model-based systems engineering (MBSE) with a unique focus on executable models. Zilvinas is working with companies such as Airbus, Safran, Turkish Aerospace Industries, etc.
Zilvinas holds a Master degree in Economics, also a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania) and is an OMG certified systems modeling professional (OCSMP).
Thomas is a Consultant at CATIA No Magic. He has joined Dassault Systèmes in 2020 in the Industry Process department formerly known as Center of Excellence. He has worked 13 years in MBDA mainly as a system engineer on several projects and as equipment requirement authority.
Thomas is graduated from engineering school: “Ecole Centrale de Lille” and has master of research in aeronautic from “Ecole Centrale de Paris”. He is also OMG certified in SysML.
Aistė is an OMG® Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP). She takes responsibility for educating Dassault Systèmes clients on the three pillars of MBSE: language (SysML), method (MagicGrid), and tool (CATIA Magic software and integrations). While working with clients, such as Renault-Nissan, Leica Geosystems, Bombardier Transportation, and Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace, she provides trainings, gives tool demonstrations, and participates in providing custom solutions. Aistė also works on training material and writes papers (alone and in collaboration with her colleagues) to spread the MBSE culture in the systems engineering community. She is a speaker at multiple MBSE conferences and other public events.

Saulius has 20 years of MBSE solutions experience, as product owner and analyst at Cameo core team, chief solution architect, consultant, and trainer.
Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in building world-class MBSE solutions and supporting MBSE adoption and major A&D and transportation companies. Contributed to MBSE SysML based Method and Framework MagicGrid and recent "Agile MBSE Cookbook" by Bruce Douglas. Saulius guides 1600 subscribers’ largest SysML systems simulation community (youtube.com/c/MBSEExecution). Through the work accumulated major experience in systems modeling, simulation, MBSE ecosystem, interfaces and integrations, traceability, queries. Saulius has INCOSE CSEP, OMG OCSMP, No Magic lifetime modeling and simulation excellence award. Solange has 11 years of experience (9 years in MBSE). She began her career in Filton as VIE (Volonteer for International Experience) in Airbus Group. After that experience, she worked as System Engineer Consultant (mainly SysML modeling) for Nexter Systems and GE Healthcare companies. She then worked in Renault Group in a department in charge of SE processes, methods and tools where she contributed in defining, developing and deploying a tooled SE methodology. She is currently working in DASSAULT SYSTEMES as CATIA No Magic Cyber Systems Industry Business Consultant. She hold a master’s degree in Transportation & Mobility from ECE Paris Engineering School. She also hold INCOSE ASEP, OMG SysML Model Builder Intermediate, IREB Foundation Level, and IPMA-D certifications.
James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Nottingham Trent University which he gained in 1996. Since then he has had a varied career in software and systems modelling and has presented both papers and tutorials at conferences and seminars as well as writing and delivering training courses on the subject. He has provided consultancy, training and mentoring to various organisations working in automotive, consumer electronics, defence, finance, information technology, power electronics, telecommunications, rail, retail and supply chain. He is a Charted Engineer, an OMG® Certified UML professional and member of the IET and INCOSE UK where he is co-chair of the UK Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Working Group. He is also a visiting lecturer in MBSE at the University of Warwick.
Sven-Olaf Schulze holds a diploma in Aerospace and Space with a focus on aircraft structure and lightweight design. He has been working in the space/aerospace industry since 1996 with project responsibilities in Ariane 4, Ariane 5, ISS, MIR, Airbus A380, and A400M and 9 years of systems engineering consulting in different industries. His field of operation covers quality and product assurance and systems engineering. Furthermore, he was the vice president of the German Chapter of INCOSE since 2003 and a nominated ambassador for INCOSE. Sven-Olaf has been the president of the German Chapter of INCOSE from 2008 until 2019. In 2010 he joined the wind industry at Suzlon Energy GmbH as the Vice President of Systems Engineering. Since 2012 he is working as a Principal at UNITY AG a management consulting company for future-oriented corporate management with the aim to drive the clients’ innovative strength and operational excellence. He is currently the INCOSE EMEA Sector Director and a member of the INCOSE Board to represent the member's voice.

Aurelijus Morkevicius has 17 years of experience in systems and software engineering. Currently, he is a director of industry business consultants for systems engineering in Dassault Systems, CATIA brand. His areas of expertise are model-based systems and software engineering, as well as defense architectures (DoDAF, NAF, UAF). Yves GÉNEVAUX is a Graduate Engineer from the Ecole des Arts et Métiers. He has worked in the field of system and software engineering for embedded systems for more than twenty-five years. He collaborated with key accounts of the aeronautical, railways, automotive, energy, telecommunications and defense industries worldwide.
After several years working as a Software engineer, he developed several start-ups offering development and validation tools for embedded systems (Verilog, PolySpace Technologies, Argosim). He also worked for large US-based companies such as The Mathworks. In Dassault Systèmes, Yves is in charge of developing the sales of CATIA Stimulus.
Mr. Lonnie VANZANDT is Principal Solutions Architect for Intercax where he provides customer support for Syndeia and performs research, development, and proposal preparation. He publishes and presents materials that promote the use of Syndeia and collaborative engineering.
Lonnie has over 30 years of experience in software and systems engineering, with over a decade at AT&T Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies, and LGS Innovations; tours at Timesys Linux, QNX Software Systems, Artisan, and Esterel; innovative research, development, and business development at Northrop Grumman and CACI; Chief Architect at NoMagic. As Solutions Engineer at Sodius, he gained extensive expertise with OSLC, Jazz DNG and GCM, Windchill, and the exporting, transforming, and loading of information out of and into the industry’s major MBSE tools using HTTP, HTTPS, REST, XML, XMI, JSON, CSV, OWL, RDF, turtle, LDP, unstructured and structured data.
Lonnie is an OMG-certified Business Process Modeler and a Neo4j-certified Professional. He has been a contributing author to the OMG certification exams for UML and for BPMN. Lonnie was co-chair of the OMG’s Unified Profile for DoDAF and MODAF. Lonnie was co-chair of INCOSE’s Model Lifecycle Management Working Group and was Technical Program Director of the Colorado Front Range INCOSE chapter. Lonnie earned his Masters (1987) and Bachelors (1985) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Svein-Erik has been working in the Missile Division of Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace (KDA) since 1995. Svein-Erik's background is in SW Development, systems integration and testing. Mohammad Chami is the founder and CEO at SysDICE GmbH, with an extensive career in the field of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Mohammad is an MBSE expert with solid academic and industrial experience in modeling languages, processes, developing and deploying methods for systems modeling, and customizing its tools. In recent years, his focus has shifted towards the application of artificial intelligence (AI), i.e., natural language processing and machine learning, in MBSE and he is currently leading an AI4MBSE transformation journey. Lars-Olof Kihlström is a principal consultant at the Swedish consultancy company Syntell AB. He has a degree in Physics Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. He has been working with Model based system design and engineering for more than 40 years using a variety of tools. Since 2005 his engineering work has largely dealt with architecture models and architecture frameworks. He was a member of the team responsible for the NATO architecture framework version 3 and 3.1, has in depth knowledge of MODAF DoDAF 2 and NAF version 4 and has been a member of the UPDM/UAF group since the work for the OMG standard of the framework started.
Systems Engineer at The Aerospace Corporation developing solutions for information systems and space system enterprises. He was a key author on the BKCASE project in development of Enterprise Systems Engineering articles for the SE Body of Knowledge (SEBOK). Dr. Martin led the working group responsible for developing ANSI/EIA 632, a US national standard that defined the processes for engineering a system. He previously worked for Raytheon Systems Company and AT&T Bell Labs on airborne and underwater systems and on communication systems. His book, Systems Engineering Guidebook, was published by CRC Press in 1996. Dr. Martin is an INCOSE Fellow and was leader of the Standards Technical Committee. He was founder and was until recently leader of the Systems Science Working Group. He received from INCOSE the Founders Award for his long and distinguished achievements in the field.
Joerg studied mechanical engineering with focus on Aeronautics at the Technical University of Darmstadt and made his Ph.D. at the Technische Universität München on the thema ‘A reference model for integrative definition of PDM’ in 2001. After this he entered Airbus (EADS) and kept several management positions in the field of engineering process, methods and tools, Configuration Management and Information Management within the divisions Defense& Space and Helicopters. From 2020 he is responsible for the digital common working environment (CWE) of the Future Combat Air System (FCAS) at Airbus.

Nerijus JANKEVICIUS is a Senior Product Manager at No Magic/Dassault Systemes and is in charge of managing and envisioning the roadmap and development of the Model-Based Systems Engineering environment. Over the past 25 years at No Magic he has been actively involved in all phases of the development of MagicDraw®, SysML Plugin, Cameo Systems Modeler and Cameo Simulation Toolkit, helping to make these solutions among the most recognized MBSE solutions in the industry. Over the last 15 years, Nerijus has represented the company at international standards organizations such as OMG, INCOSE and ProSTEP. He has contributed to both the UML® and SysML language specifications at the Object Management Group (OMG®), is known in the industry as a leading UML/SysML subject matter expert/consultant, and was one of the first OMG Certified Advanced UML 2.0 Professionals in Europe. Nerijus has delivered numerous workshops and trainings in Systems Modeling and Simulation and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) at major enterprises including NASA/JPL, Bombardier Transportation, GE Transportation, Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, BAE Systems, MITRE, and others. Raphael Faudou is the founder and CEO of Samares Engineering, specialized on Model Based System Engineering. Raphael teaches and supports Systems Engineering and MBSE deployment in the industry for 12 years. He has developed strong expertise on the use of Cameo Systems Modeler and Cameo Simulation Toolkit. Benjamin Baust holds a diploma in automotive systems engineering. He worked several years at the Technical University Berlin before he joined a young creative agency as an exhibit designer and project manager. Now, 20 years later, Stephan is Managing Partner and Chief Science and Technology Officer at Archimedes Exhibitions GmbH in Berlin. He leads the international business development and is managing projects all over the world. Since 2011, he responsible for the science and technology museum market in China.

Jim Jordan began his career programming engineering calculations on the original IBM PC and has over 35 years of experience in digital product development, spending 15 of those years in global development. Jim is now the Director of Digital Transformations for Key Performance is North America.
Gauthier FANMUY is Portfolio Director at Dassault Systèmes. He is System Engineering Expert in charge of cyber systems solution definition, in an end-to-end model-based approach, from system (of systems) specification to product design and delivery. He is the author of the Cyber MagicGrid methodology. He has a large practical experience in Industry. He previously worked at ADN Europe as Technical Director and Systems Engineering consultant. He worked at PSA Peugeot Citroën deploying and applying Systems Engineering in vehicle projects and within the organization. He worked at Dassault Aviation where he managed several technical projects such as integration of electro-optics sensors on military aircrafts and development of complex system functions. He is involved on Systems Security Engineering for UAF and RAAML standards at OMG. He is an active member of INCOSE and represents Dassault Systèmes at AFIS (French chapter of INCOSE). Gauthier is author of books and multiple articles, as well as a speaker in multiple conferences. He teaches Systems Engineering at ENSTA and Centrale Supelec Schools. He is co-founder of the SPECIEF association for the promotion of Requirements Engineering and IREB certification in France.
Olivier SAPPIN has 24 years expertise in Transportation and Mobility Industry and 3D Design and End to End Virtual Product / Experience Innovation. Since December 2019, he has been CEO of CATIA at DASSAULT SYSTEMES.
He started his career at Dassault Systèmes (3DS) in 1995 in CATIA’s Shape Design Industrialization Team. He then joined 3DS international Automotive Competency Center working with renowned customers like HONDA, FIAT, BMW, CHRYSLER and PSA to help them transform their design practices in the area of car body and styling. Through these experiences, he acquired deep knowledge of the automotive sector and customers’ business processes.
In 2011, he was appointed Vice President of the new defined Transportation and Mobility industry, which helps manufacturers and suppliers to develop new mobility experiences for their consumers.
Olivier really enjoys the new challenge to lead and represent the prestigious brand CATIA.
Said JARRAR is a Business Development Manager at SodiusWillert. He is responsible for selling and promoting SodiusWillert solutions in the EMEA region. He is also dedicated to supporting customers on daily basis with their engineering data interoperability concerns. Working closely with a broad range of business partners and tool vendors, he is one of the key roles to maintain the SodiusWillert ecosystem. Said has been in sales for 20 years and worked for companies such as BULL, Mercury Interactive, Rational Software, and IBM. His focus has primarily been on the aerospace, defense, and Automotive industries.
Jan Gröver holds a diploma in Information Technology from the FH Bielefeld. He has a long year experience in project management, systems engineering in PLM and group coordination for development of E&E tools. In his current position, he is the Head of Systems Lifecycle Management at CLAAS.
Christian holds a PhD from the Technical University Berlin in Model Based Systems Engineering and Driving Simulation. He worked as a CAD Designer for railway vehicles at Bombardier Transportation and he was a project engineer at MAN Diesel & Turbo, before he moved to the TU Berlin. Since 2019 he is working for Dassault Systèmes as a solution architect for systems engineering and helps customers to implement MBSE processes into their industry processes.
