Anne is the IT Senior Director, Enterprise Service Delivery at Stryker. Her team is responsible for the delivery of IT services across Stryker’s global manufacturing and R&D business. Anne leads the application portfolio across these business areas, ensuring day to day service metrics are met and platform risks are identified and remediated. She has a strong background in transformation, change management and organization design.

Thomas is a Global Strategic Industry Development Director with DELMIA for the CPG and Life Science industries. Thomas has more than 25 years of industry experience in ERP, MES / MOM and Digital Manufacturing software and technology solutions supporting operational excellence. across a wide range of industries in Aerospace, Transportation, Industrial Equipment, Consumer Goods, and Life Sciences. Thomas also is an active member of MESA International, Smart Manufacturing Working Group and the North America Manufacturing Leadership Council.
Guillaume is currently Business Consultant Director at Dassault Systèmes (3DS). He is part of the Life Sciences organization that is responsible for creating and developing Dassault Systèmes strategy and associated solutions for pharmaceutical, medical devices and patient care industry customers. He focuses on topics such as precision health, digital therapeutics, total quality, knowledge capitalization, development and manufacturing excellence and re-inventing the value chain. Since joining the company, Guillaume has worked with leading life sciences companies and lab automation & quality software editors to develop and support business strategies in the areas of patient experience, product development and cross-enterprise collaboration. Guillaume has a Master Research Degree in Endocrinology and a Master Degree in BioInformatics.
