Adrian has spent over 20 years in customer-facing positions ranging from sales and marketing, to fulfilment and account management. His career focus has been on problem solving and development within emerging and rapid growth segments to enable customer success across a wide range of industries from Hi Tech to Retail and Logistics and across multiple disciplines such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing Simulation and Analytics.
For more than 20 years, Wesley has worked in all aspects of automation machine building, sales/applications, controls hardware/software design, mechanical design, and electrical build. His career has always focused on the high impact of innovative technology while working in collaborative teams designing complex automation systems.
Wesley has been with ATS for more than 9 years where his current role includes the simulations of robotics, machines and Digital Twin applications in all business segments of ATS including applications in battery cell manufacturing.
Wesley Graduated from Sheridan College Electro-Mechanical Technology Co-Op 2001.
Professor KWADE currently holds multiple roles related to battery cell technology and production including Head of the Battery LabFactory Braunschweig Research Center and board member of the Fraunhofer Project Center for Energy Storage and Systems ZESS. He is also Vice-Spokesman of the board of German Battery Research and Coordinator of LiPlanet which is a European project to setup a network of battery cell production pilot lines.
Professor KWADE has also spoken as part of the German Competency Cluster on Battery Cell Production (funded by BMBF) and is an author for numerous battery technology articles.
Professor KWADE holds a PHD in the field of process engineering (ultrafine wet grinding of materials in stirred media mills) from TU Braunschweig.
Michael DOYLE holds the role of Senior Materials Scientist in the Dassault Systèmes Strategy and Research Team.
His responsibility covers innovation and advanced materials portfolio, including Macro Trends, the Science & Technology Strategy for the or the eleven industries Dassault Systèmes covers and the cross industry, cross brand synergies. He has oversight on the strategic relationships with Exxon-Mobil, Sinopec, Boeing, and Lockheed-Martin. Manage the Executive Advisory Council and architecture teams for Sinopec (RIPP), Panasonic and Exxon (EMCC/EMRE) informatics projects. Responsible for materials strategy and interactions with US National and Government agencies, DOD, DOE and the US National Laboratories LANL, SANDIA, LLBL.
