Renuka SRINIVASAN is currently SIMULIA Sales Director for India. In her current role, she is responsible for the SIMULIA business in India. Prior to this, she was WW Services Director for SIMULIA. Renuka has over twenty years of experience in the simulation business and was instrumental in setting up the SIMULIA business in India. She was worked with customers across a variety of industries including automotive, aerospace and defense, industrial equipment manufacturers, civil engineering, engineering services providers, among others. She was a Bachelors's in Civil Engineering from BITS, Pilani, and a Masters's from Duke University.
G.S. KRISHNAMURTHY is currently the head CAE at Royal Enfield a unit of Eicher Motors, in Chennai, India. KRISHNAMURTHY has been working in the two-wheeler industry for most of his career and is passionate about the products he helps to build. Krishnamurthy has a background in mathematics, which led to his career in engineering. He began his career as a testing engineer, then gradually moved into finite element analysis. In his current position, he focuses on NVH and multibody dynamics and is also in charge of manufacturing simulation and automation of CAE processes. Krishnamurthy has been working in the two-wheeler industry for 20 years and is responsible for implementing new methods in the areas of MBD, NVH, and Systems Modeling.
As a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from NIT, Jaipur Ms. Pamela Tikku has been working in the Automotive Sector since 1992. She started her career with Rico Auto Industries and later joined Honda Siel Cars India Limited and looked after vendor development and component development activities. She joined the Society of Automobile Manufactures (SIAM) in 1999 and looked after various technical and policy issues related to the automotive sector in India.
In 2006 she joined NATRiP and was involved in the planning and procurement of facilities for testing and R&D for NATRiP centers. NATRIP project is funded by the Government of India for Rs 3845 Cr. This included state-of-the-art facilities in the emerging technology areas of Powertrain, Passive Safety, Fatigue, EMC, NVH, Infotronics, etc. Has taken an active role in finalizing the supplier, benchmarking the facilities with global facilities.
In 2010 she took charge of the Powertrain Department of ICAT, One of the leading homologation centers in the country in addition to the equipment planning and procurement activities under NATRIP.
Powertrain department capabilities at ICAT have been drastically enhanced to cater not only to the certification up to BS VI standards but also for the development and calibration to meet such regulations. In 2016 her role was enhanced to Chief Business Officer looking after business development and planning for ICAT.
She is an active member of the regulation formulation process for India for the automotive industry and also has been representing India at WP.29. While she has participated in various national and international seminars representing India and presenting the Indian perspectives she is also an active Board member of SAE India and SAEINDIA NIS section and has held various positions in the executive committees. She was also awarded by SAE Foundation in 2017.
Shree HARSHA brings nearly two decades of international Business consulting experience and is currently responsible for Marketing, Industry Solutions, and Communication. Harsha is also responsible for developing Dassault Systèmes India marketing strategy in line with the market opportunities and the company’s mission to partner in the digital transformation and growth agenda of most innovative companies. Additionally, he has a strong technology background to make an immediate impact to the top and bottom line as well as helping companies create the springboard for the next generation of growth through disruptive business models.
Prior to this role, he was Business Consulting Director for Asia leading the value Engagement team in driving Digital Transformation at several strategic customers and ensure their success; whose influence and ideas drive the future of Dassault Systèmes’ solutions and our 3DEXPEREINCE strategy. He has worked in partnership with customers across multiple geographies including Japan, China and Germany. Harsha is Mechanical Engineering graduate, and is an alumni of Indian School of Business and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad with focus on Manufacturing & Operations.
Venkat PERUMAL is a Senior Principal Engineer at Stryker Global Technology Center (SGTC) located in India. He is leading the Modeling & Simulation Center of Excellence (CoE), where he’s responsible for driving the adoption of simulation-based technologies to rapidly innovate medical devices development across Stryker Divisions. He and his colleagues are leveraging SIMULIA products to enhance the understanding of device performance, reduce development cost and shorten development cycle time.
He holds a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina, USA and a master’s from IIT-Madras. He has 18 years of global R&D experience spanning Medical Devices, Healthcare, and Automotive companies. He authored over 25+ publications & 8 intellectual property (IP) filings to his credit. He represents Stryker in the Avicenna Alliance, an association of industry/academia in advancing Computer Modeling and Simulation (CM&S) for regulatory submission.
Suyog SHINDE has a Masters's Degree in Machine Design Engg. from IIT Roorkee. In his role as Deputy General Manager Heavy Engineering at Larsen & Toubro, his focus areas are new product and technology development, Mechanical design of process equipment, Advanced Finite Element Analysis, Studies related to creep and Fracture Mechanics, Simulation of fabrication processes such as welding and forming, technical support & failure studies. He has more than 15 years of experience in these areas. His contributions include new product developments in the areas of process, nuclear & aerospace industry. He has filed three patents. He has also authored many papers and has been an expert speaker at reputed institutes. He has contributed as an expert faculty from the industry at the Indian Institute of Welding.
Systèmes. He has 20 years of experience in vehicle development: thermal management and aerodynamics. He has strong experience in promoting PowerFLOW solutions with automotive OEM’s around the globe, including Nissan, Tesla, GM, and Ford.
Satheesh has led the development of the Denso engine cooling module library in PowerFLOW. This tool was the first of its kind where it embedded a supplier’s intellectual property in a CAE tool. Satheesh has a graduate degree from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK, and an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India.
Geetha AVULA started her career with Dassault Systèmes in 2004 and has been with the company since then. She started as an Applications Engineer and is now the Senior Technical Manager. As a support engineer she has provided technical training and support for SIMULIA products primarily Abaqus. She has interacted with many customers giving them guidelines on the issues they are facing, suggestions on their workflows etc. In her current role, she’s responsible for driving initiatives such as Electric Vehicles, Additive Manufacturing, Cloud solutions, to be able to guide companies on the technology Dassault Systèmes has to offer. Interacting with many Electric Vehicles companies in India and working with the global team she is supporting quite a few clients in the EV space. She holds a Masters Degree in Computational Mechanics of Materials and Structures from University of Stuttgart, Germany.

Having started off her career as an engineering trainee at Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd, Emlin was exposed to the fundamentals of runway construction, air traffic control & the working of ILS. She quickly progressed from being a flight testing trainee at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur to a technical illustrator with CDG, a Boeing Company where she illustrated airplane design, component maintenance manuals, and service bulletins amongst other endeavors.
Emlin then worked on designing & delivering optimized pod shapes with compressible flow simulations on different turbulence models for the SPACE X International Pod Design Contest. She explored her passion for application engineering with Exa Corporation before joining Dassault Systèmes as a CFD Solution Consultant & is currently driving innovative design & simulation solutions as a worldwide SIMULIA Fluids, Industry process consultant Specialist.
Rijin holds a master's degree in Microwave and Radar Electronics from Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi, India and has industry experience of 9 years in electromagnetics with many publications and a patent.
Working as Industry Process Consultant at Dassault Systèmes, Rijin has an interest in high-frequency electromagnetic applications and EMC simulation and worked with customers across several industries. Prior to the current role, he worked as Solution Consultant in Dassault Systèmes and as an Application Engineer in Computer Simulation Technology.
He has work experience of over two years in GE (General Electric) Global Research Centre, where he worked on various electromagnetic projects and holds a patent for wireless power transfer.
Bharath KANAPARTHI has a dual degree in mechanical engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Having spent close to six years as a senior project engineer at Detroit Engineered products; Bharat is keenly involved in engineering VR & AR based simulation solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform in his current role as a SIMULIA - solution consultant at Dassault Systèmes.
Mark Bohm is the Director of Worldwide Technical Sales for SIMULIA at Dassault Systèmes, supporting customers in all industries. He’s been with the company since 1985 and has held a variety of technical and sales management roles based in Rhode Island, the UK, and Michigan. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Brown University and a master’s degree in structural mechanics from the University of California, Berkeley.
Shripad TOKEKAR has been working with Dassault Systemes for close to 13 years. Over the decade-plus career in Dassault, Shripad has been working with various customers across industries to deploy industry best processes for simulation. He started a career as an applications engineer providing technical support, training, and services and further closely worked with Automotive Industry to develop best practices, workflows & methodologies.
In his current role as an Industry Process consultant manager, he is leading a team of experts from various domains such as Structures, fluids, EMAG, MBS & Optimization. Shripad has a keen interest in understanding the Industry processes and deploys the best practices.
He has a Master’s Degree (MTech) from IIT Delhi in Applied Mechanics with a specialization in structural mechanics.
Sureshkumar is an experienced CAE professional and is an Industry Process Consultant with the Customer Process Experience team at Dassault Systemes India. With a demonstrated history of working in Automotive and Aerospace & after pursuing an engineering role at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd for two years. He joined SIMULIA in August 2008 & has worked with R&D teams of major automotive OEMs, tyre companies, Tier I and Tier II suppliers of major industries.
With extensive experience with clients across various industries including Life Science, Transportation & Mobility, Tire and Industrial Equipment segments he is driving innovation in process automation and customization, fatigue simulation, advanced dynamic analysis, tire analysis, automotive engine, and powertrain durability.
Sureshkumar has completed B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the JJ College of Engineering and Technology and Computational Engineering from the School of Advanced Engineering and Information Technology.
Marc RÜTSCHLIN is a SIMULIA R&D Roles Portfolio Engineering Director, working on the technical formulation, positioning, and marketing of microwave and high frequency related electromagnetic simulation solutions in the High-Tech and other industries. Prior to his current role, Marc worked for CST as a Principal Engineer, global Market Development Manager (MW&RF), and Industry Development Manager (High Tech).
He joined CST in 2007 after completing his PhD in Electronic Engineering at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, and postdoctoral studies at NIST in Boulder, Colorado, and at the University of Karlsruhe in Germany, working on electromagnetic wave propagation in buildings and small antenna design respectively.
Jonathan is currently Director of High Tech Enablement at Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA. Previously he has held leadership positions at a high tech Silicon Valley start-up company and at CST where he looked after North American sales prior to its acquisition by Dassault Systèmes in 2016. Jonathan has an engineering background in electronics and electromagnetic simulation and holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering.
With over 17 years of experience in the research & development of Smart antennas, Phased Antenna Arrays, Ultra-compact antennas amongst others, Deepu V Nair is driving innovative 5G antenna development in his current role as the Senior Technical Manager at Cambium Networks. He has a PhD in Antennas/RF from the Cochin University of Science and Technology and 6 acclaimed publications that detail key aspects of Antenna & RF development for WLAN, dual-band WLAN, DVBH, Multiband, wide-band, and secure applications.
Ranjit is Industry Process Consultant at SIMULIA India. Ranjit has been with SIMULIA India for 5 years and has a total of 10 years of work experience. In his previous experience, he owned the design and manufacture of critical subsea oil drilling equipment for major off-shore drilling providers with his designs still operational off the coasts of Norway & Sao Paulo. His areas of expertise are non-linear mechanics, design automation & computational programming. He holds a master's degree in computational mechanics from University at Buffalo, New York, and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from NIT Calicut. Kranti TANTWAI is presently working as an EMAG Industry Process Consultant in Dassault Systèmes India. He has more than 15 years of work experience in the field of Electromagnetics and circuit simulation. Currently, he is handling EMAG technical sales, support, and training activities in India.
Previously, Kranti has worked in the Automotive and Semiconductor Industry. He has authored many technical papers at international conferences and holds a US Patent for the Design of Multilayer RF Filter and Balun. Karl D'SOUZA is computational modeling and simulation professional with extensive experience in technology consulting, product management, and business development as they pertain to simulation-based solutions for science and technology companies.
In his current role as Life Sciences Industry Solution Experience Director at Dassault Systèmes, he is responsible for managing the Design and Engineering portfolio of Dassault Systèmes’ solutions for medical devices, bio-pharmaceuticals, and patient care.
Prior to his current role, he helped grow Dassault Systèmes’ Virtual Human Modeling initiative with a special focus on cardiovascular and neurological applications and was a founding member of the Living Heart Project and product manager of the Living Heart Human Model.
Karl has a B. Tech in Materials Science and Engineering from IIT Bombay, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Buffalo, and an MBA from Bryant University, and is based in Providence, RI, USA.
Rachel FU leads an R&D strategy team responsible for delivering technical solutions aimed at targeted emerging markets across all industries, including additive manufacturing.
She has been with Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA for over fourteen years and spent five of those years as an on-site engineer at Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Her simulation specializations include composites, fracture, FEM automation, and additive manufacturing.
She has a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and a Master of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
Dr. Suresh NAGESH is a Chair Professor in Computational Mechanics, with CORI (Crucible of Research and Innovation) a center for interdisciplinary exploration. Dr. Suresh is a veteran of the automotive and aerospace industry for over 22 years. Dr. Suresh an IIT Kanpur Alumni, has a Ph.D. from Drexel University, Philadelphia, US, and worked under Professor A S D Wang, a world's authority in the field of composites, delamination, fracture, and finite element applications to composites.
In particular, Dr. Suresh's Ph.D. student was a Boeing-sponsored NASA project called ATCAS (Advanced Technology Composite Aircraft Structures). Later Dr. Suresh worked in the USA with Ford R&d, DaimlerChrysler Research and Development, came back to India as a part of GE R&D, lead and built the entire advanced engineering team for DaimlerChrysler Research and Technology India, and was responsible for GM R&D India and most recently was the Managing Director at Voith and helped start and build the Voith Engineering Services to serve Airbus activities for Voith across the globe from India.
