Frédéric MERCERON is the Director of Usage Success Planning at Dassault Systèmes (3DS), with over two decades in engineering and digital transformation. He began his career in Knowledge-Based Engineering at KTI before joining Dassault Systèmes in 2000, contributing to the rollout of CATIA V5 and later leading automotive digital design initiatives.
He then helped expand SIMULIA’s Simulation Life Cycle Management and, in 2012, became Director of Industry Solutions for Transportation & Mobility, driving 3DEXPERIENCE adoption across major vehicle manufacturers.
Since 2024, Frederic has led user growth and satisfaction for the CATIA Brand, focusing on SaaS-driven adoption strategies, performance metrics, and knowledge management to enhance user engagement and value.
Andreas holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from RWTH Aachen University. After joining an engineering services specialist focused on simulation in 2012, he held various engineering positions with a strong emphasis on simulation processes. In 2015, he became Head of Sales for the SIMULIA portfolio, overseeing software sales, technical support, and methods development.
In 2019, Andreas joined Dassault Systèmes as Senior Sales Manager, responsible for SIMULIA within the company’s indirect sales network across EuroCentral. He later assumed global responsibility for all indirect sales activities for SIMULIA worldwide.
