Frederic MERCERON is the Director of Usage Success Planning at Dassault Systèmes (3DS), with over two decades in engineering and digital transformation. He began his career in Knowledge-Based Engineering at KTI before joining Dassault Systèmes in 2000, contributing to the rollout of CATIA V5 and later leading automotive digital design initiatives.
He then helped expand SIMULIA’s Simulation Life Cycle Management and, in 2012, became Director of Industry Solutions for Transportation & Mobility, driving 3DEXPERIENCE adoption across major vehicle manufacturers.
Since 2024, Frederic has led user growth and satisfaction for the CATIA Brand, focusing on SaaS-driven adoption strategies, performance metrics, and knowledge management to enhance user engagement and value.
