Adel TAGHIYAR earned his Master of Science in Product Development from the Technical University of Hamburg in early 2022, with a specialized focus on integrated product development methodologies such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
Since late 2019, Adel has been a part of Dassault Systèmes, providing technical support in pre-sales for both DELMIA and CATIA. Throughout this period, he has actively supported initiatives in Digital Manufacturing and virtual commissioning, while also advocating for the advantages of implementing MBSE across various industries, notably Industrial Equipment and Aerospace & Defense sectors.
Starting in September 2022, Adel TAGHIYAR joined the Systems & Electrical Team in Central Europe, where he took on the responsibility of supporting Systems Engineering Projects. His primary focus is on the initial implementation of MBSE, providing methodological support in establishing system architecture, and ensuring End-to-End Traceability from customer requirements down to the realization level.
Andrius ARMONAS has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and serves as the CATIA Systems R&D Application Director and MagicDraw Product Manager at Dassault Systemes. Currently, he is leading the SysML v2 implementation effort at Dassault Systemes.
Barry PAPKE has thirty-five years of systems engineering and operations analysis experience in the aerospace and defense industry across the entire systems engineering lifecycle from concept development through integration, test and post-delivery support. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in application of model-based methods including requirements management, enterprise architecture, cost estimation, system design, and operations analysis. Barry has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Steven’s Institute of Technology. He is a member of the INCOSE Agile and Security Working Groups and the MBSE Initiative. He is the MBSE Special Projects Lead for CATIA Magic Cyber Systems Industry Process Success Team.
Constantin NEACSU has ten years of experience in the engineering field, during which he has acquired and developed his acumen in many industries and positions, from automotive to aerospace, in design, manufacturing, testing and systems. For the past five years, Constantin has been architecting systems and evolving the MBSE expertise with fellow engineers from leading companies in the UK. Constantin has a Bachelor & Masters in Aeronautical & Aerospace Engineering from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom. He is an Industry Process Senior Specialist in the CATIA Magic Cyber Systems team at Dassault Systemes, based in London.
Daniel BROOKSHIER has 40 years of experience in software, modeling, and engineering. He is currently serving on the Architecture Board of the OMG and as a senior solutions Architect at Dassault Systèmes. Daniel was one of the co-chairs at OMG involved in the creation of UPDM, the specification that UAF was based upon. Daniel is an active participant at the OMG for UAF, CubeSat Reference Model (CSRM), SysML, and other specifications under development. Daniel is also a published author of 4 books. Daniel is certified in both OMG and SysML standards.
Gauthier FANMUY is Portfolio Director at Dassault Systèmes. He is System Engineering Expert in charge of cyber systems solution definition, in an end-to-end model-based approach, from system (of systems) specification to product design and delivery. He is the author of the Cyber MagicGrid methodology. He has a large practical experience in Industry. He previously worked at ADN Europe as Technical Director and Systems Engineering consultant. He worked at PSA Peugeot Citroën deploying and applying Systems Engineering in vehicle projects and within the organization. He worked at Dassault Aviation where he managed several technical projects such as integration of electro-optics sensors on military aircrafts and development of complex system functions. He is involved on Systems Security Engineering for UAF and RAAML standards at OMG. He is an active member of INCOSE and represents Dassault Systèmes at AFIS (French chapter of INCOSE). Gauthier is author of books and multiple articles, as well as a speaker in multiple conferences. He teaches Systems Engineering at ENSTA and Centrale Supelec Schools. He is co-founder of the SPECIEF association for the promotion of Requirements Engineering and IREB certification in France.

Ronald KRATZKE has over 30 years of experience in complex systems management and systems engineering. His early career was as a U.S. Navy Surface Warfare officer specializing in the operation, maintenance, and management of Navy nuclear power plants and shipboard combat systems. Following his navy career, Mr. KRATZKE provided system engineering design support on advanced systems for a number of government organizations including: the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense. Over this time frame he has had responsibility as a Chief System Engineer, Chief System Architect, and Project Manager. He has used model based system engineering methodologies and toolsets for more than 15 years before joining the CATIA/No Magic team as a Senior Solutions Consultant. Mr. KRATZKE is a Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), a Six-Sigma Green Belt, and an OMG Certified System Model Professional. He has written papers, provided presentations, and participated as a panel member on a number of system engineering topics at International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) meetings, IEEE System Engineering Conference, and National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Mission and System Engineering Conferences.
Dr. Saulius PAVALKIS is the world class top MBSE expert working as MBSE transformation leader at Dassault Systemes. He has 20 years of MBSE solutions experience, as product owner and analyst at Cameo core team, chief solution architect, consultant, trainer. Throughout his career he has been actively involved in building world class MBSE solutions and supporting MBSE adoption and major A&D and transportation companies.
