He spent almost three decades in the aerospace and defense industry where he started as a programmer and control systems engineer, and later turned into a systems engineer. His current areas of interest span MBSE, Digital Engineering (DE), systems engineering lifecycle processes, architecture, cost estimating and analysis, and decision support methods.
He’s passionate about systems engineering and mechanical design engineering of complex systems such as electric/hybrid vehicles and energy storage systems. He was previously the systems engineer at Lion Energy and project manager responsible for developing the 90kw/185kwh cabinet BESS and the 1Mw/1.7Mwh Container BESS. Having implemented the MBSE approach for developing system requirements, analysis, design, verification, and validation processes. He’s a highly skilled with SOLIDWORKS, CATIA V6/3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA Magic/Cameo, and SPARX Enterprise Architect.
