In this role, he supports regional Dassault Systèmes teams in scoping and delivering solutions that create tangible business value for mining operations. With over 16 years of experience as a geologist, he specialises in optimising, customising and delivering geoscience solutions for GEOVIA customers worldwide.
Cristian POBLETE is the App Portfolio Senior Manager at GEOVIA R&D, Dassault Systèmes, where he leads the strategic mine planning applications portfolio, ensuring technology solutions meet industry needs. With 15 years of experience, he has worked on over 45 international consulting and training projects focused on strategic mine planning, operational risk assessment, geostatistical modeling, scenario optimization, and digital transformation of mining workflows. His expertise includes defining software roadmaps, integrating technology into mine planning processes, and providing technical training. Through consulting and software development, he helps mining operations improve planning efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and enhance long-term decision-making.
Coming from a background in Mining Engineering, Cory has been providing Technical Support to GEOVIA Users for over a decade now. He has assisted through all of the standalone products and continues into the new age of Platform capabilities and cloud utility.
Hamish is a chartered Professional and RPEQ Mining Engineer with over 10 years in underground coal, specializing in mine design, planning, and closure integration. With a postgraduate in mine ventilation, he’s passionate about delivering practical, sustainable solutions and empowering planners across the mining industry.
Chawki JREIGE has 28 years of experience in the mining industry involving the domains of mine planning, tactical scheduling, workflow automation, software training, and solutions development & implementation. He has travelled extensively providing professional services to clients around the world. Chawki brings with him much experience in the application of Geology & Mine Planning software in operating mines, exploration, and consulting.
