Ross PEMBERTON is a geologist with over 12 years of experience in the mining industry. Today in his current role as an Industry Process Specialist, Ross helps mining and civil infrastructure companies transform their business processes using the latest industry-leading technology. Within his role, he supports regional DS teams to scope and deliver GEOVIA solutions that deliver real value to customer operations. In recent years, he has become a subject matter expert on GEOVIA’s Geology Modeler Role, a next-generation RBF implicit geology modelling solution.
Ross is an experienced user of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and GEOVIA Surpac software. From previous roles within Dassault Systemes over the last 12 years, he has gained extensive experience delivering technical support, software training courses, and consultancy services to customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. During this time he has regularly worked with and supported competent persons in the delivery of resource models to international reporting standards. Examples of other consultancy tasks he has delivered include workflow audits, geostatistics assessments, geological modelling, and database validations. He is also broadly familiar with GEOVIA MineSched, GEOVIA Whittle, CATIA, and ENOVIA.
