Ricky began his career in aerospace engineering and manufacturing, working across major programmes including the Boeing 787, Airbus A350, A380 and A400M, Bombardier CSeries and Airbus Wing of Tomorrow. This experience gave him a strong background in advanced manufacturing, production engineering, digital manufacturing and the use of simulation to improve how complex products are built.
At Prodtex, Ricky now works with organisations across aerospace, advanced manufacturing, construction and data centres to apply these same principles to new industries. His work focuses on areas including industrialised construction, DFMA and offsite manufacturing, virtual factory planning, process engineering, production simulation and the use of 3DEXPERIENCE to connect product, manufacturing and construction information.
He is particularly interested in how proven aerospace and automotive manufacturing approaches can help the rapidly growing data centre sector improve scalability, productivity and confidence in delivery.

With a background in technology and Industry, he has worked with many large Enterprises and SME’s and startups to develop the "virtual twin" of products, processes, and operations, aligned with UN Sustainable development goals. He achieved this by helping businesses think through their products, processes, and even business models through value engagement approach in order to bring about radically new sustainable innovations.
Prior to his current role, Harsha worked as Dassault Systèmes India Head of marketing & strategy and helped with the company’s mission to collaborate in the digital transformation and growth agenda of most innovative Indian companies. He immensely contributed to develop the startup ecosystem in collaboration with 3DEXPERIENCE Lab thru an innovation Hackathon approach.
In addition, as head of Business Consulting Director for Asia, he led the value Engagement team in advancing Digital Transformation at several strategic customers and ensuring their successin their journey. He has collaborated with customers across multiple geographies, including Japan, China, Germany, France, and North America. As a global leader of supply chain and logistics, he played an active role in our worldwide diversification efforts and spearheaded the strategy and execution in entering new domains like Passenger and Freight Rail, BFSI and multimodal logistics companies.
