Nilesh PARMAR has over 22 years’ experience within the property industry, successfully supporting clients to deliver both capital and operational programs and projects within the public, private and corporate occupiers’ markets. In addition to his major programs and project background, Nilesh has performed several market-facing and client management roles during his career.
Having a personal passion for technology, coupled with an understanding of both the business need and the evolving needs and requirements from Clients, Nilesh has developed many solutions, where appropriate using different business models and approaches. He utilises the full enterprise of Arcadis and connects elements to drive value for Clients. In early 2019 Nilesh transitioned to a UK board role and is now leading the innovation drive for the UK business.
Lena HÖK has 20 years of experience implementing and evaluate sustainability performance in corporations, working with a broad range of industries, including finance, insurance, energy, retail, transports, real estate, hotels and fast-moving consumer goods.
Lena is a member of the Board of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and member of the board at BoKlok, a joint venture between IKEA and Skanska. She is also the President of the Sustainability Committee at the International Chamber of Commerce in Sweden, where companies such as Stora Enso, Ericsson, H&M, IKEA, ABB and Scania, amongst others, co-operates on models for circular economy, climate and anti-corruption. She has a Degree in Business and Economics from Uppsala University, as well as executive programs at IMD Business School, Harvard business school and Stockholm School of Economics.
Richard ROBINSON joined SNC-Lavalin’s Atkins business as the Chief Executive Officer of UK and Europe in November 2019 and is responsible for leading a team of 10,000 people across multiple sectors including transportation, water, property, aerospace, defence and security.
Previously Chief Operating Officer at HS2, Richard has also held senior leadership roles at AECOM, where he was Chief Executive, Civil Infrastructure, Europe, Middle East, India and Africa; as well as BAA Heathrow; Anglo American plc; and ICI. Richard was also an Executive Director of the HS2 Ltd board.
Richard holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, and an MBA from HEC Paris & NYU Stern School of Business, graduating Dean’s List. Richard qualified as a chartered chemical engineer, holds CEng and Eur Eng, and is a Sainsbury Management Fellow.

Jonathan joined Dassault Systèmes in early 2019 following 20 years working in the Technology/Software industry in Senior Leadership roles at both Experian and SAS. His experience has been focused on helping organisations transform their businesses by leveraging the latest in Cloud, Big Data and High-Performance Analytics.
At Dassault Systèmes, Jonathan is responsible for business transformation in the Energy & Materials as well as Construction & Cities Industries. The focus is on providing customers with significant transformative opportunities to unlock value across their organisation and allowing them to connect their technological, innovative, engineering, design and manufacturing objectives to their overall executive strategy.
