Morgan Zimmermann joined EXALEAD in 2006 as Director of Strategy, Sales & Business Development. He took part in the international development of the brand in Asia, Europe, and the United States and was appointed CEO in 2015.
Originally, EXALEAD supported major accounts on the use of web technologies as a vehicle for transforming transactional information systems.
Since the acquisition of EXALEAD by Dassault Systèmes in 2010, Morgan Zimmermann has rebuilt EXALEAD's product portfolio to accelerate value creation across the 12 industries served by Dassault Systèmes to:

In 2018, Morgan Zimmermann was named CEO of NETVIBES EXALEAD in order to leverage the NETVIBES ability to provide in-context insight from the market and industry into all enterprise business processes.
Prior to joining EXALEAD, Morgan Zimmermann led the business development of Cril Telecom Software, a software publisher in global mobile networks.
Stéphane DÉCLÉE joined Dassault Systèmes in 1991 as an R&D Engineer: After 8 years of evolving from software engineer to product manager and CATIA Domain leader (Electrical Equipment & Systems, Digital Mockup & Synthesis), he has held several executive positions: From 1999 to 2002 as VP Strategy & Research working with Bernard Charles & Dominique Florack.
From 2003 and 2008 as VP ENOVIA R&D based in the US, driving the acquisition & integration of MatrixOne in 2006 and the first deliveries of ENOVIA V6.
From 2009 to 2011 as VP R&D Industry Solutions Mr. DECLÉE is a graduate of the HBS AMP 2009 program as well as a graduate of the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées in Rouen (France), specializing in thermo-energetics.
Jason Benedict is the Vice President of R&D and Acting CEO, BIOVIA brand of Dassault Systèmes. He is a broadly experienced software industry executive with more than 15 years of experience building rigorous internal company processes and high-performance teams supporting the development, quality assurance, and lifecycle management of scientific software products. As vice president of R&D, Mr. Benedict is responsible for the full BIOVIA product portfolio—defining and directing scientific software development strategies supporting molecular modeling/simulation, data science, scientific and laboratory informatics, formulation design, quality/compliance, and manufacturing analytics solutions that advance collaborative innovation for science-based industries. In his current role as acting CEO of BIOVIA, Mr. Benedict has assumed overall responsibility for Finance, Marketing, Sales, Services, and Customer Success. Prior to becoming VP R&D, Mr. Benedict served as director, solutions consulting, Accelrys (2004-2008); principal architect, R&D, Accelrys (2008-2013); and senior director, software development, BIOVIA (2013-2016). Mr. Benedict is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
Rekha Kamat is focused on strategic business development for 3DEXPERIENCE platform at Dassault Systèmes and works on digital transformation initiatives.
She comes from a deep technical background with the Industry R&D team and prior to that with the customer success organization. Her interests include data science, security, and digitalization initiatives that drive business transformation.
Rekha holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University in Boston and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. She has additional qualifications in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan, Leadership and Management from Harvard University, and Boston University.
Recognized by Boston Business Journal as 40 Under 40 Honoree, Rekha is a passionate advocate for women in technology. She leads the North America Women’s Initiative (WIN NAM) at Dassault Systèmes, is a STEM Ambassador and serves on the 2020 Women on Boards Boston Steering Committee.
Vincent is passionate about new Technologies and Innovation. He started his career 15 years ago as Mechatronics Engineer in Transportation & Defense Industries. He joined Dassault Systèmes 12 years ago, holding various roles, including Solutions Director for the High-Tech Industry. Since 2020, Vincent has been in charge of building to market a portfolio of Business Experiences solutions, bringing value to the whole enterprise including new audiences like HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, etc… After work, he transforms into a guitarist, runner, and cook.
