Giovanni brings over 10 years of diverse experience at Faber, spanning roles in sales, procurement, supply chain, R&D, quality and as a board member. This has culminated in his current role as Managing Director and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO). Prior to this, his professional journey saw him gaining experience at companies such as BOC UK (now Linde), SSAB, Booz&Co and Strathmore. In addition, Giovanni has been an Expert Evaluator for Horizon 2020 since January 2017.
His academic achievements include a master’s degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Padua, obtained in 2003, and an MBA from IESE Business School, as part of a two-year full-time bilingual program, in 2010.
Sergio has been a part of Faber since January 2019, serving as Managing Director and COO. A manufacturing industry executive, he attained master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Padua in 1987 and in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from CUOA in 1990.
Before joining Faber, he acted as a Managing Director and board member at various organizations in Italy and abroad, accumulating experience in multinational companies such as GE and Electrolux. In addition, Sergio has had success leading several small and mid-sized organizations towards improving their operational performance and financial profitability.
Stefano has more than 25 years of experience as CFO, including 10 years as CFO and Investor Relator. Prior to joining Faber in December 2019 as CFO and CIO, he served as Managing Director and board member at various notable Italian and international corporations, including AIM Italia-listed TBS Group, and as a board member at Associazione Nazionale Direttori Amministrativi (ANDAF).
Complementing his wealth of practical experience, Stefano’s academic achievements include a degree in Economics from the University of Trieste.
