Reza has over 25 years of experience in executive management, portfolio planning, product development, mergers and acquisitions and has deep knowledge of both discrete and the formulated industries. As chief strategy officer, he is responsible for BIOVIA’s life Science and materials science strategy at DASSAULT SYSTEMES as well as BIOVIA’s contract research organization. After beginning his career in R&D for Aerospace and Defense, Reza moved on to an executive role at a Palo Alto startup (MARC Analysis Research Corporation) and later with MSC Software, developers of scientific software with focus on modeling and simulation. As chief technology officer at MSC Software, Reza was responsible for R&D and a multi-industry portfolio with a global team covering US, Europe and Asia. He is a regular speaker at a number of international life science and material science events as well as holds a number of advisory board positions. Reza lives in La Jolla Ca. He retains an adjunct faculty status at UCSD and SDSU graduate schools of engineering.

She has driven strong growth at Gillette (Procter & Gamble) and Keurig by leveraging the combination of new product innovation, brand building, and overall excellence in marketing and sales execution. Prior to joining Keurig, Michelle had a successful 25-year career with GILLETTE including the Procter & Gamble acquisition of Gillette in 2005.

Rémi Graduated in 2009 from Ecole Centrale Paris, France. Rémi worked at L’Oréal Research and Innovation for 12 years, first as a formulation engineer in skincare applied research, then as a digital transformation global program director. In 2021, he joined Dassault Systèmes to take charge of digital solution experiences for formulated goods in the Beauty & Personal Care segment.
Rena Bhattacharyya, Chief Analyst and Practice Lead, Enterprise Technology & Services, brings over 20 years of experience to her role as Chief Analyst and Practice Lead for Enterprise Technology & Services, including over ten years with GlobalData. She covers analytics solutions, as well as Systems Integrator strategies and enterprise communications. Her expertise encompasses artificial intelligence, cloud-based AI platforms, systems integration and IT services, digital transformation, and business networking.

Jason DeJoannis is solution consultant with 16 years in the BIOVIA brand. He supports customers in materials science with modeling & simulation and laboratory informatics. Prior to that he “earned” a PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Florida playing with toy polymer models on the computer.
