Over 30 years, Xavier FOUGER has established learning programs and advised educational institutions and governments across the world in establishing innovative engineering education programs focused on outcome based learning and employability. A member of the consultative board of the UNESCO Aalborg Centre for Problem Based Learning, he is an ASEE and a SEFI Fellow and earned the “Peter the First medal” of the Association for Engineering Education of Russia (AEER) and the “Nikola Tesla chain” of the International Society for Engineering Education (IGIP).
Rajiv ARAMADAKA is the brand leader for CATIA brand for Dassault Systèmes India. CATIA is the flagship brand of Dassault Systèmes used for virtual product creation. Rajiv has worked with various Auto and Aero OEMs to implement their design strategies. Previously Rajiv was head of ACADEMIA for Dassault Systèmes India and is a Mechanical Engineer with double Masters in Design and Manufacturing from Ecole Des Mines Paris.
Dinesh Tej serves as a Technical Executive in the Customer Solution Experience Channel at Dassault Systèmes. With a background in Automotive Engineering and a Master's degree in Technology (Automotive Engineering) from the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI), Dinesh brings a wealth of experience. He has been involved in collaborating with various educational institutions and government bodies dedicated to skill development and vocational education.
In addition to his role, Dinesh actively contributes to product development initiatives, including Electric Vehicles and insulin pumps in collaboration with IISc Bengaluru. His diverse expertise spans both the educational and technical domains, making him a valuable asset in advancing innovative solutions within the automotive industry.
