Stefan CEULEMANS is focused on clean energy and large-scale capital project delivery. He works with owner-operators and EPC organizations to improve bid governance, configuration alignment, and risk transparency across complex infrastructure programs.
With a background in engineering and operational leadership in the energy sector, Stefan brings deep understanding of how technical decisions, commercial exposure, and contractual commitments intersect. His work centers on digital continuity, model-based delivery, and Virtual Twin technologies to enable more predictable, defensible decision-making in offshore wind and energy transition projects.
Gary joined Dassault Systèmes in 2021 and specialises in helping customers evolve from traditional PLM towards end-to-end, AI-driven Intelligent PLM on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. His passion for renewable energy began at primary school, when he built a model wind turbine as part of a class project. That early spark continues to shape his work today, supporting customers across the Euronorth region as they navigate the energy transition.
