He has a keen interest in how cities can contribute to global sustainability by achieving carbon neutrality. Fabrice holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers (ENSAM) and an MBA from INSEAD.

With a background in engineering and operational leadership in the energy sector, Stefan brings deep understanding of how technical decisions, commercial exposure, and contractual commitments intersect. His work centers on digital continuity, model-based delivery, and Virtual Twin technologies to enable more predictable, defensible decision-making in offshore wind and energy transition projects.
