Jason's research focus is on structural modeling of crystal structure. Dr. Jason COLE has a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Bristol and a PhD in Small Molecule Crystallography from the University of Durham. He joined the CCDC in 1994, becoming the Lead Developer for the CCDC's docking program GOLD. During his direction, Jason's contributions were essential to developing other life science-oriented tools, including CSD-CrossMiner. Today, Jason's passion continues in docking, actively researching ways to enhance and extend the capabilities of GOLD for the 21st century.
Fabrice HOERNER leads strategy and business development for the BIOVIA brand. Before joining the company, he worked on the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and augmented reality for a large semiconductor company. Nearing two decades of experience working on innovative drug discovery technologies, Fabrice is well-versed in all aspects of integrating new technologies to market. His expertise in BIOVIA's strategic initiatives has driven the company to its long-term growth and development. He holds an MBA from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business and a Master of Science from Supelec.
Tien manages aspects of life science modeling and simulation predictive science solutions. She began her career as a Scientific Specialist after receiving her PhD in Chemistry from the University of Wollongong. Since joining BIOVIA 21 years ago, Tien’s passion and excitement for helping customers accelerate their R&D have been steadfast and she is committed to improving customer experiences and product successes. She continues to be an active leader in scientific software product development, new program initiatives, and new applied and fundamental scientific research.
