Rachid TAIBI received his engineering degree in Physics with a specialization in Microtechnology and Microsystems from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) de Toulouse, France, in 2008. He obtained his PhD degree in 2012 working at STMicroelectronics in collaboration with CEA-Léti. His PhD works focused on process development and reliability of 3D IC advanced packaging using direct bonding technology.
He joined on 2012 the Sensor and Microtechnology Unit at ONERA (French National Aerospace Research Centre) where his research interest includes micro scale inertial sensors design and development. In 2014, he joined iXblue first as R&D MEMS engineer and project manager. He was in charge of the development of high performance accelerometer products, and then he led in 2017 MEMS activities that include R&D and manufacturing of inertial sensors and systems at iXblue and became a member of Executive committee board.
Since 2021, He works at Dassault Systèmes as technical director empowering high-tech companies with sustainable and digital experiences from chips to systems to digital infrastructures.

Stéphane Sireau has over 20 years’ experience working in the high-tech space. Based in Silicon Valley, he led the launch in 2016 of GE Digital’s alliance program in Europe to create new cloud-based industrial IOT solutions. In 2012 he co-founded Orange Mobile Enterprise, Orange’s business unit dedicated to mobility and IOT solutions.
As a globally minded executive, Stéphane has lived and worked in the USA, Europe and Asia. In 2009 Stéphane set up Orange Institute, a global think-tank dedicated to digital innovation. Prior to that, he worked 4 years in China where he pioneered Orange’s supply chain management in Asia, including its first program of sustainability audits.
In his latest role, Stéphane worked at DNV, one of the world’s leading assurance companies, where he led global sales of digital assurance, sustainability and supply chain solutions.
Stéphane is a British-French dual national and lives in the Paris region. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics (LSE) and is a graduate of ICADE-ICAI (Spain). He received an Executive MBA with distinction from INSEAD and Tsinghua University (China) in 2009.
Manuel joined Dassault Systèmes in 1986 and has 35+ years of experience supporting Dassault Systèmes’ global customers in high-tech and automotive markets, including 1 year in South Korea - Dassault Systèmes Solutions deployment within Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics and 3 years in the USA - Dassault Systèmes Solutions deployment within IBM hardware divisions. He is currently in charge of the High Performance Semiconductor Industry Solution Experience, that turns semiconductor complexity into business profitability, with deployments at customers such as NXP, Broadcom, Samsung Electronics, Qualcomm and STMicroelectronics.
