With a robust background in heavy industry as a seasoned development engineer and engineering specialist, Matti transitioned to Dassault Systèmes, where he embarked on a diverse career spanning multiple industries, ranging from High Tech to Marine and Offshore, and everything in between. His expertise encompasses a wide spectrum of domains, from steel structure design to comprehensive product management to Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
Over the past decade, Matti has played a pivotal role in guiding companies across various sectors in embracing MBSE methodologies within the broader framework including product portfolio management and governance. In his current capacity, Matti serves as the manager of the MBSE Domain Expert team at Dassault Systèmes EuroNorth, where he continues to lead the charge in driving innovation and excellence within the realm of MBSE.
Alex leads Dassault Systèmes CATIA business in the UK within UK Aerospace, Security, Defence and Nuclear sectors.
After graduating with a Master’s degree in Aerospace Systems Engineering, Alex was a Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force, piloting a variety of aircraft.
Prior to joining Dassault Systèmes, Alex was VP Sales for Airsweb, a Health, Safety & Sustainability platform dedicated to Aviation.
Using his extensive experience Alex helps some of the largest companies in each sector with their strategic transformation from document- to model-based systems engineering.
