Erwan PLOUGONVEN joined Dassault Systèmes in 2007, coming from a French automotive OEM where his successes in the Automotive and Aerospace industries brought him to DELMIA. Since 2015, Erwan has led the Process Engineering Portfolio team. He works directly with R&D Development to define DELMIA solutions and deliver the right value to our customers.
John ESKURI is a DELMIA R&D Portfolio Senior Director based near Greenville, South Carolina. With an educational background in mathematics and software engineering he has over 35 years of experience in the CAD/CAM software industry. During his tenure at DELMIA, John has been involved in nearly all aspects of the business – customer support, technical sales, software design, software development, marketing, and portfolio management.
In his current position, John ESKURI is responsible for managing the DELMIA Industrial Engineering portfolio of products helping manufacturer engineer optimize manufacturing systems leveraging a 3D Virtual Twin to accelerate time to market, increase production rates, reduce costs, and ensure worker safety.
Ece DILEK is working as a Portfolio Manager for Supply Chain Planning & Optimization at DELMIA. She has been working at DELMIA since 2019, previously working in Quintiq application development as a consultant before her move to portfolio management. She has an Industrial Engineering background and has worked in Supply Chain Planning functions prior to her employment at 3DS.
Miłosz MAJTA is a DELMIA R&D Portfolio Director based in Kraków, Poland. He has over 15 years of experience in requirements analysis, design and implementation of manufacturing solutions across multiple industries.
In his current position, Miłosz MAJTA is responsible for managing the DELMIA MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) portfolio of products helping global manufacturers to achieve better visibility, control and synchronization across manufacturing operations. Miłosz MAJTA holds a Master of Automatic Control and Robotics from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Poland.
