Quentin BOURRET, Ing., MBA, has been working with DELMIA for the last 10 years. He specializes in Virtual Ergonomics for manufacturing. He first started as a researcher developing state-of-the-art posture prediction technologies for the new application, Ergonomic Workplace Design. Eight years ago, he integrated the Virtual Ergonomics portfolio team, driving the roadmap and market adoption of Ergonomic Workplace Design.
Thierry BRUNETEAU joined Dassault Systèmes in 2011, leveraging 15 years of success in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Supply Chain, and Operations Execution across the Automotive and Aerospace sectors. Since 2020, he has spearheaded the Service Engineering portfolio, working directly with R&D Development to strategically define and deliver high-value solutions that meet critical customer needs.
Hendrick DEBERNARD heads the Virtual Factory portfolio at DELMIA, where he partners with R&D Development to define the strategic direction of DELMIA solutions and supporting customers in their digital transformation journey. Hendrick joined the company in 2019 as an Industry Process Consultant specializing in Industrial Manufacturing topics. His background includes valuable experience in both defense and aerospace: first as a Mechanical Engineer handling quality assurance for a French defense company, and later as a Methods Engineer for a spacecraft company, where his expertise in the use of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform supported production teams with equipment installation.
Dominique began his career in 1989 as a software developer and application engineer, specializing in automated software for 2-5 axis CNC machine programming. In 2001, he joined DASSAULT SYSTÈMES’ DELMIA brand, initially focusing on automotive powertrain manufacturing process solutions. He later transitioned to consulting for the aerospace industry, developing solutions for aircraft manufacturing in collaboration with a major OEM.
In 2010, Dominique shifted his focus to the industrial equipment industry, consulting on supply chain solutions for a leading tire manufacturer. He subsequently assumed responsibility for DASSAULT SYSTÈMES’ manufacturing, supply chain, and operations management solutions for the entire industrial equipment industry, including industrial machinery, construction and heavy mobile machinery, fabricated metal products, and tire manufacturing segments.
Most recently, Dominique led the heavy mobile machinery and equipment segment within the Industrial Equipment industry. Since September 2022, he has headed the DELMIA Fabrication portfolio, encompassing both NC machine and additive manufacturing machine programming.
Clément GLACE is a key member of the DELMIA R&D Portfolio team, where he is instrumental in defining the strategic direction for DELMIA applications in Batch Manufacturing. His primary focus is on developing solutions that significantly accelerate the industrialization and technology transfer of batch products. In his five years with Dassault Systèmes, Clément has driven innovation in the Life Sciences organization through his work in solution architecture and business development. He has collaborated with leading biopharma companies, helping them shape and deploy Virtual Twin strategies that successfully enhance both manufacturing efficiency and innovation. With a strong technical foundation, including a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Research Degree in Innovative Materials, Clément is uniquely positioned to advance the future of digital batch manufacturing.
Miłosz MAJTA is a DELMIA R&D Portfolio Director based in Kraków, Poland. He has over 15 years of experience in requirements analysis, design and implementation of manufacturing solutions across multiple industries.
In his current position, Miłosz MAJTA is responsible for managing the DELMIA MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) portfolio of products helping global manufacturers to achieve better visibility, control and synchronization across manufacturing operations. Miłosz MAJTA holds a Master of Automatic Control and Robotics from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Poland.
Arnaud is in charge of defining the DELMIA Augmented Experience roadmap and the product features in the DELMIA R&D team. Arnaud benefits from his experience as an AR project manager, where he managed several customer projects, from technical consulting for project definition up to project follow-up and delivery. He also did project management for the processing of digital mock-ups for major French manufacturers, including an augmented reality project for a large A&D player.
Erwan PLOUGONVEN brought his expertise to Dassault Systèmes in 2007, transitioning from a major French automotive OEM where his successful deployment of Dassault Systèmes solutions led him directly to DELMIA. After a decade of leadership in the DELMIA Process Engineering domain, he now heads the entire Operations Engineering Portfolio team. This expanded role encompasses Process Engineering, Service Engineering, Robotics, Fabrication and Ergonomics. Erwan directly collaborates with R&D Development to define DELMIA solutions and ensure they deliver maximum value to our customers.
Arnaud PRORIOL has an extensive international experience working in Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) with major industrial companies including several Fortune 500 international companies. He joined the ORTEMS company in 1995, returning to France after a period in the steel industry in the United States. He had several positions in R&D, professional services, product management and business development for batch process industries.
Between 2010 and 2016, he is managing ORTEMS R&D and customer support department to deliver best-of-breed APS solutions for ORTEMS focus industries and PlannerOne, a web component for ERP, covering Production Scheduling and Workforce Planning.
He joined the DELMIA Brand when the ORTEMS company was acquired by Dassault Systèmes in 2016.
Arnaud PRORIOL is DELMIA R&D Applications Director in charge of Supply Chain Planning & Production Scheduling applications on 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud platform, DELMIA Ortems and DELMIA Quintiq applications since 2019.
He is a Graduate Engineer, with a Masters in Economics & Corporate Management, and is APICS CPIM certified.
As DELMIA Robotics Roles Portfolio Director, Stéphane ROLLAND has devoted his entire career to advancing the field of robotics. He began by designing and developing ACMA robots and overseeing their commissioning and maintenance in production environments. He later specialized in robotic simulation and global methodologies for studying robotic assembly lines at ABB. Since joining Dassault Systèmes in 2008, Stéphane has led the Robotics Simulation software portfolio within DELMIA, driving innovation and excellence in digital manufacturing and automation solutions.
After graduating with an Engineer’s degree, Marc TRUFFAULT joined Dassault Systèmes in 2005 as Solution Consultant for the Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Life Sciences industries. After several successful sales engagement and business development activities, he then transitioned to the Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail industry to define and manage a portfolio of solutions. In July 2019, Marc joined the DELMIA R&D portfolio team defining the direction and strategy that the DELMIA products will take ensuring that the brand continues its market growth.
Mark Willems joined the Quintiq team in 2000. He was involved in several roles for many projects. For the past 15 years, Mark has been part of Research & Development, responsible for the roadmap of the Core Software layer of DELMIA Quintiq, collaborating with technical owners and developers to define its future path. Mark is working to determine the DELMIA Quintiq Cloud Strategy and potential integrations with DELMIA Quintiq’s Web Client, as well as the upgrade path for the classic Quintiq portfolio.
