Nigel BATCHEM has proudly led Amy’s Kitchen’s planning team for over 11 years. He has over 20 years of experience in the food industry, with roles heavily focusing on planning and scheduling. Nigel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology from Massey University.
Sonja KRALJ is IT Project Management Officer at Slovenian Steel Group. She graduated at University of Ljubljana in 1996 and developed her professional carrier in different Delivery and Sales Management Roles in the IT industry. Due to her experience and extensive background in project management and business process organizational change management, she held a position of Project Manager during the implementation of Quintiq Company planner, a strategic project at Acroni which is part of Slovenian Steel Group.
René Moraske has been the Senior Project Manager IT for Swiss Federal Railway (SBB) for 12 years. SBB is the main railway of Switzerland. It manages the densest railway network in the world with a 30,000-strong workforce. René is responsible for SBB's planning system, used by its train drivers and attendants. Since 2015, he has been involved in the development and implementation of the DELMIA Quintiq solution for the SBB.
Camilo GAVIRIA is the Vice President of Technical Sales at DELMIA. He oversees the DELMIA Center of Excellence within Dassault Systèmes. Prior to this, He was the Senior Business Director for Metals & Manufacturing, and the Director of Quintiq Latin America.
Adrian has spent over 20 years in customer-facing positions ranging from sales and marketing, to fulfilment and account management. His career focus has been on problem solving and development within emerging and rapid growth segments to enable customer success across a wide range of industries from Hi Tech to Retail and Logistics and across multiple disciplines such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing Simulation and Analytics.
Thomas MUTH is a Global Strategic Industry Development Director with DELMIA for the CPG and Life Science industries.
Thomas MUTH has more than 25 years of industry experience in ERP, MES / MOM, and Digital Manufacturing software and technology solutions supporting operational excellence. Across a wide range of industries in Aerospace, Transportation, Industrial Equipment, Consumer Goods, and Life Sciences. Thomas also is an active member with MESA International, Smart Manufacturing Working Group, and the North America Manufacturing Leadership Council.
In his current role, Henri leverages innovative software solutions to help the Transportation & Mobility industries optimize their customer experiences.
In his career, Henri had various roles relating to prescriptive analytics software: Optimization Consulting director in IBM and ILOG, founder of TempoSoft for human resource planning optimization.
Finally, as a Quintiq director, Henri facilitated the adoption of advanced applications for Operations Planning and Optimization in the Transport & Mobility Industries.
Henri graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, France, and holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence.
Trained in mechanical engineering, Prashanth MYSORE offers 24 years of worldwide experience in technical portfolio management, digital transformation, and product lifecycle management (PLM) platform solutions, consulting across a wide range of industry sectors, notably Aerospace & Defense, Construction Cities & Territories, and Energy & Materials.
At Dassault Systèmes, Prashanth is a Global Strategic Business Development Director for Digital Manufacturing, manufacturing operations management (MOM), with strong knowledge of the Industry Renaissance, Industry 4.0, IIoT, and Smart Manufacturing technologies. By joining Dassault Systèmes in 2012, Bruno pursued his industry transformation mission holding various positions within DELMIA Sales, Marketing and Excellence Center departments.

Zdravko SMOLEJ is a systems engineer at Slovenian Steel Group. He joined the company as an engineering designer, soon after graduating from University of Maribor in 1985. He also held other positions in the company throughout the years, as a control and automation engineer and later as an MES system designer and developer. Due to his industry experience and extensive background of process knowledge, Zdravko took on the role of business consultant in the implementation of DELMIA Quintiq Company Planner.
After 15 years of Manufacturing experience in the Automotive industry in different countries, Richard is at Global Head of Industrial activities for Laboratories M&L, L'Occitane Group, in charge of the 2 Manufacturing plants & TPM sourcing. My new responsibilities include Lean, Investments, Industrialization & Safety.

Since 2011, Patrick has been leading various leadership positions in the 3DS CPG-Retail and Home & Lifestyle Industries organisation working with key leader customers helping them to transfom to a higher level of Value Creation from Consumer to Science to Innovation to Manufacturing. Patrick is currently leading the WW Manufacturing Domain for those Industries.
Leandro BALENA has 25 years of experience in Industrial Management (Manufacturing, Maintenance, Costs and Quality) and Process and Project Engineering.
Graduated in Chemical Engineering with Specialization in Administration, Management with Emphasis on Industries, Environmental Management in Industry and PMD - Program For Management Development training. Participated in Business Development Programs in China, USA, France, Germany, Italy, Austria and Argentina.
He has extensive experience in managing large, multidisciplinary teams; Start up of new businesses, developing processes and structuring production and logistics operations; Effective asset management generating world-class production volumes, quality, costs and security; large industrial construction and assembly; Acquisition, commissioning and qualification of new equipment; Implementation of projects focused on Production Efficiency, Safety and Environmental Management; Automation and Control of Production and Industrial Costs.

Being a Technical Cybernetics Engineer with a history in research on Autonomous Systems, Simulation and Human-Machine Interaction, Bruno has more than 30 years of experience on many facets of Digital Manufacturing, working mainly with Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Engineering OEMs.
