By joining Dassault Systèmes in 2012, Bruno pursued his industry transformation mission holding various positions within DELMIA Sales, Marketing and Excellence Center departments.

Zdravko SMOLEJ is a systems engineer at Slovenian Steel Group. He joined the company as an engineering designer, soon after graduating from University of Maribor in 1985. He also held other positions in the company throughout the years, as a control and automation engineer and later as an MES system designer and developer. Due to his industry experience and extensive background of process knowledge, Zdravko took on the role of business consultant in the implementation of DELMIA Quintiq Company Planner.
After 15 years of Manufacturing experience in the Automotive industry in different countries, Richard is at Global Head of Industrial activities for Laboratories M&L, L'Occitane Group, in charge of the 2 Manufacturing plants & TPM sourcing. Leandro BALENA has 25 years of experience in Industrial Management (Manufacturing, Maintenance, Costs and Quality) and Process and Project Engineering.
Graduated in Chemical Engineering with Specialization in Administration, Management with Emphasis on Industries, Environmental Management in Industry and PMD - Program For Management Development training. Participated in Business Development Programs in China, USA, France, Germany, Italy, Austria and Argentina.
He has extensive experience in managing large, multidisciplinary teams; Start up of new businesses, developing processes and structuring production and logistics operations; Effective asset management generating world-class production volumes, quality, costs and security; large industrial construction and assembly; Acquisition, commissioning and qualification of new equipment; Implementation of projects focused on Production Efficiency, Safety and Environmental Management; Automation and Control of Production and Industrial Costs.

His focus lies in exploring emerging technology trends and driving innovative planning processes.
