With 9 years experience in the High Value Manufacturing Catapult network as Chief Engineer for Aerospace at The MTC, and a further 15 years within the Automation industry Andy Silcox, as Research Director, is now responsible for the overall strategy and technical delivery at AMRC Cymru:

I joined the Wing of Tomorrow team in January of 2021 and have taken on the development and implementation of DELMIA Apriso into the Wing of Tomorrow production system in addition to leading work packages focused on the development and introduction of operational technologies with the later integration into the DELMIA Apriso MOM solution and the 3DExperience platform. I have recently taken on the role of Project Manager for the DAWN project and now focus also on the strategic direction of digital developments in DAWN; some of which involve the use of the DELMIA toolsets.
