Graduated from ENSAM ParisTech, Bruno Demange has been working at Accenture within the Strategy & Operations Service Line during the first 10 years of his professional career. He was helping several customers coming from the diverse industries (CPG & Luxury, A&D, Mobility sectors, etc.) in shaping and setting up their strategic, operational or organizational transformations.
By joining Dassault Systèmes in 2012, Bruno pursued his industry transformation mission holding various positions within DELMIA Sales, Marketing and Excellence Center departments.
As a DELMIA Strategy Director, Bruno is currently leading new brand initiatives, leveraging innovative business approaches in order to best serve customers, ease their digital transformation and drive them towards the better industrial, social, and environmental performances in the context of Industry Renaissance.

In the 2000’s, Patrick joined the 3DS DELMIA brand in charge of Manufacturing & Production where he led the Numerical Control and Process Planning domains. Since 2011, Patrick has been leading various leadership positions in the 3DS CPG-Retail and Home & Lifestyle Industries organisation working with key leader customers helping them to transfom to a higher level of Value Creation from Consumer to Science to Innovation to Manufacturing. Patrick is currently leading the WW Manufacturing Domain for those Industries.
After 15 years of Manufacturing experience in the Automotive industry in different countries, Richard is at Global Head of Industrial activities for Laboratories M&L, L'Occitane Group, in charge of the 2 Manufacturing plants & TPM sourcing. My new responsibilities include Lean, Investments, Industrialization & Safety.
Leandro BALENA has 25 years of experience in Industrial Management (Manufacturing, Maintenance, Costs and Quality) and Process and Project Engineering.
Graduated in Chemical Engineering with Specialization in Administration, Management with Emphasis on Industries, Environmental Management in Industry and PMD - Program For Management Development training. Participated in Business Development Programs in China, USA, France, Germany, Italy, Austria and Argentina.
He has extensive experience in managing large, multidisciplinary teams; Start up of new businesses, developing processes and structuring production and logistics operations; Effective asset management generating world-class production volumes, quality, costs and security; large industrial construction and assembly; Acquisition, commissioning and qualification of new equipment; Implementation of projects focused on Production Efficiency, Safety and Environmental Management; Automation and Control of Production and Industrial Costs.
In addition to being an advisor to Instituto Boticário Group, he is the current Industrial Director, Member of the Sustainability Committee and Sponsor of the Race and Ethnicity Affinity Group.
