Terence TAN is a Global Design Director in Electrolux leading multi-disciplinary design teams globally. His drive in Design come from a deep curiosity about how things are made, and creating sustainable human-centric experiences built on innovation and research. Before joining Electrolux, he was a designer in Microsoft and Nokia, and worked in Singapore, the US, and Finland, before landing in Stockholm Sweden.
Mia KOLMODIN helps organisations and individuals build an Agile mindset, transform and improve ways of working, leadership, structures and culture. The aim is always to build a learning organization that is customer and human centric, innovate and deliver valuable products. Mia loves to engage and create trust among people as well as enable teams and individuals to grow, become stronger and more T-shaped in their skill set as well as helping them work as a team taking on missions and delivering together and feel proud of their success. Mia started the agile consultancy, Dandy People, in 2017 to build teams that can support organizations on this journey.
