Thibault DE TERSANT is responsible for finance, investor relations, legal affairs, sales business administration, information technology and internal controls for the company. He was elected to the Board of the company in 1993, and currently holds directorship of various subsidiaries.
Mr. DE TERSANT is also responsible for mergers and acquisitions, and has conducted more than 20 successful acquisitions totaling around $2 billions over the last ten years. He oversaw Dassault Systèmes’ successful initial public offering on the Paris and Nasdaq stock exchanges in 1996, as well as a secondary offering in 1997.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. DE TERSANT served as a finance executive in export financing at Dassault Aviation from 1983 until 1988.
Subhasis CHAUDHURI is director at IIT Bombay. He is a former K. N. Bajaj Chair Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.He is known for his pioneering studies on Computer vision and is an elected fellow of all the three major Indian science academies viz. the National Academy of Sciences, India, Indian Academy of Sciences, and Indian National Science Academy.He is also a fellow of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and the Indian National Academy of Engineering. The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, the apex agency of the Government of India for scientific research, awarded him the Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Prize for Science and Technology, one of the highest Indian science awards for his contributions to Engineering Sciences in 2004.
Dr. Neeraj SHARMA has been given the responsibility of Secretary, Technology Development Board which is an autonomous Board under the Ministry of Science and Technology. He is Heading the Technology Development and Transfer Division, National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB), Drugs and Pharmaceutical Research Programme, National Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) Compliance and Monitoring Authority of the Department. In past, Dr. Sharma has also Headed the Planning, Budget and Coordination, State S&T Programme, Policy Research Divisions of DST.
Dr. SHARMA has been instrumental in preparation of the 11th and 12th Plan documents of the Department of Science and Technology. He has also prepared the Strategy and Results Framework Documents for the Department. He has been interacting with a large section of the stakeholders, be it students, scientists and institutions, to design new policies, programmes and strategies for taking the country march ahead in science, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship.
Dr. SHARMA is a member of the Technology Mission for Indian Railways which has been formed to identify technology problems and find indigenous solutions for the Indian Railways.
He has served the Department of Science and Technology for more than two and a half decades in his capacity as a Scientific Officer. He has been instrumental in promotion of Innovation, Incubation and Techno-entrepreneurship promotion in the country besides supporting R&D and Technology Development and Commercialization. A Post Graduate (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Ph.D. From University of Rajasthan, Dr. Neeraj SHARMA is an engineer from MLS University, Rajasthan.

He joined Dassault Systèmes in 2011 and carries more than 21 years of experience across different industries. He has driven key transformational projects in various industries including Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, High-tech, and Government. In his previous role at Dassault Systèmes, as Director of Global Affairs and Innovative Business Development, he was instrumental to establish new partnerships by engaging in smart city projects and by developing industry-based programs for the workforce of the future.

He has experience in setting up/running Software product centers in India. Finding top talent and setting world class teams - setup teams and centers in Pune and Bangalore, led creation and transitioning of software products, leading large R&D center now.
