Adel TAGHIYAR earned his Master of Science in Product Development from the Technical University of Hamburg in early 2022, with a specialized focus on integrated product development methodologies such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
Since late 2019, Adel has been a part of Dassault Systèmes, providing technical support in pre-sales for both DELMIA and CATIA. Throughout this period, he has actively supported initiatives in Digital Manufacturing and virtual commissioning, while also advocating for the advantages of implementing MBSE across various industries, notably Industrial Equipment and Aerospace & Defense sectors.
Starting in September 2022, Adel Taghiyar joined the Systems & Electrical Team in Central Europe, where he took on the responsibility of supporting Systems Engineering Projects. His primary focus is on the initial implementation of MBSE, providing methodological support in establishing system architecture, and ensuring End-to-End Traceability from customer requirements down to the realization level.
Adrien holds an engineering master in embedded systems from ESIEE Paris. Thanks to this important technical background, Adrien was aiming to apply this skillset to a wide array of topics of interests, such as aerospace, defence, transportation and much more.
Adrien is currently part of the CATIA Magic Cybers System team as an Industry Process Consultant, developing his knowledge of MBSE and Magic Grid certification. In recent time, Adrien has begun to specialize in the safety and cybersecurity topics for CATIA Magic, drawing from prior experiences in the topic.
Anjuli Singh, a Mechatronics graduate from the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, embarked on her professional journey at Dassault Systèmes in 2018. Starting as an intern in Model-Based Systems Engineering, she quickly progressed to the role of a Solution Architect while working as a working student. Since 2021, Anjuli has served as an Industry Process Consultant for Cyber Systems, specializing in CATIA Systems. In her current role, she leverages her extensive industry expertise and CATIA knowledge to assist clients and partners in unlocking their full business potential. Anjuli's responsibilities include assessing customer processes and business requirements, defining actionable transformation paths, and providing guidance on systems engineering processes, methods, and tools. She is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and supporting clients throughout their digital transformation journey.
David DIAZ is a CATIA Cyber Systems Industry Process Specialist, with 5 years of experience currently working alongside the Systems Engineering team at Dassault Systèmes. David specialises in MBSE topics and he is the expert responsible, for defined Industry Processes related to the Systems Engineering discipline including standalone and platform tools. David graduated with a Master’s degree in Advanced Control and Systems Engineering at the University of Sheffield in the UK and with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering in Mexico.
Emma MEDJEDOVIC is an industrial process consultant in the MBSE and electrical engineering team at Dassault Systemes. She has been a working student for two years. Her focus is on the Catia Magic Tool and Magic Grid for Systems Engineering, as well as various plug-ins in safety and security. Emma is currently graduating in Mathematics.
Hans-Martin HEINKEL pursued his studies in Electrical Engineering at the University of Stuttgart, culminating in his graduation in 1986. Since then, he has been an integral part of Robert Bosch GmbH, contributing significantly to various milestones and activities. Noteworthy among these are his expertise in Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, and Virtualized Release. He also holds the distinction of leading the prostep SmartSE project. Presently, within Bosch and in collaboration with external bodies, he serves as the Coordinator for Virtualized Release.
Jonas Ittel hat an der Technischen Universität München einen Master of Science in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik erworben. Nachdem er mehrere Jahre in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie gearbeitet hatte, wechselte er in den Software-Vertrieb, wo er sich auf Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) spezialisierte und später ins BMW Account Management bei Dassault Systèmes wechselte. Seit Januar dieses Jahres hat Jonas Ittel die Führungsrolle als CATIA Sales Director in Eurocentral bei Dassault Systèmes übernommen.
Mohammad Chami is the founder and CEO of SysDICE GmbH, with an extensive career in the field of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). He is an MBSE expert with solid academic and industrial experience in modeling languages, processes, and the development and deployment of methods for systems modeling, as well as customizing its tools. In recent years, his focus has shifted towards the application of artificial intelligence (AI), specifically natural language processing and machine learning, in MBSE. Working with respected clients such as OHB, ESA, Rheinmetall, Thales, IAV, and Airbus, Mohammad and his team delivers tailored trainings, strategic services, and expert consultation to ensure effective MBSE adoption. Mohammad holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, complemented by two master's degrees in Electronics and Mechatronics. He has been an active member of INCOSE since 2014.
Simon ROTH is a distinguished computer scientist with a PhD in Model-Based Analysis and Optimization of Digital Systems. Since 2010, he has been an integral part of Bosch, specializing in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Software Architecture. His expertise in formal systems, compilers, and digital system optimization underscores his contributions to advancing technological innovation at Bosch.
Tarik CHAIB is a dynamic professional with over 30 years of experience spanning sales, sales management, projects, and management across multiple industries. Prior to joining Dassault Systèmes in 1999, Tarik worked at esteemed companies including EADS and Dassault Aviation.
Known for his adaptability and versatility, Tarik excels in diverse environments, effortlessly navigating sales landscapes, project dynamics, and managerial challenges. With a keen ability to grasp both project and business intricacies swiftly, Tarik seamlessly integrates into any setting, driving success through effective communication and swift problem resolution.
His extensive project management experience includes interfacing directly with board-level sponsors, senior engineering management, and stakeholders. Currently, Tarik leads the tech sales team as CATIA CTO at Dassault Systèmes, where his strategic mindset and adeptness at navigating complex environments continue to drive impactful change and deliver tangible results. He is committed to excellence, leaving a lasting legacy of success wherever he goes.
Tarik KEBDANI holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and is currently pursuing a second Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt. Since January 2024, Tarik has been working as an intern Industry Process Consultant with the CATIA Magic Cyber Systems team.
In this role, Tarik has completed extensive training in systems engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies, earning certifications for the Magic Grid methodology, the fundamentals of systems engineering, and systems traceability analysis, among others. His dedication to the field and continuous professional development underscore his commitment to advancing the integration of MBSE in industry practices.

He started his professional journey 1988 and worked in different industries with a focus of electrical. 2013 he joined DASSAULT SYSTÈMES where he is responsible for our electrical & electronic technologies.

Tobias Kaiser holds a bachelor‘s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, together with certifications for SysML from the Object Management Group as well as for Magic Grid. As a mechanical engineer, he gathered experience in various industry sectors, especially construction, regenerative power, IT, and automotive. Then, having been educated in SysML and MBSE methodologies, he started working as a consultant for customers from across all industry sectors. The main focus being best practices in system architecture creation, MBSE integration, and building internal competencies.

Yueying Hu holds a master's degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Stuttgart. With this solid engineering background, she started her career in systems engineering, where she developed her expertise in SysML and MBSE methodologies, and now consults customers on best practices in systems modelling in diverse contexts and guides them through the MBSE adoption journey.
Yueying Hu is currently an Industry Process Specialist in the CATIA Magic Cyber Systems team, based in Stuttgart, Germany. She has consolidated her expertise in SysML and Magic Grid with professional certifications for OMG-OCSMP and Magic Grid.
Zilvinas Strolia currently serves as an Industry Business Consultant at Dassault Systemes, a position he has held since 2015. In this role, he assumes responsibility for delivering a range of modeling solutions to clients of CATIA Magic. Zilvinas specializes in model-based systems engineering (MBSE), demonstrating a unique focus on executable models. His academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Economics, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology in Lithuania. Zilvinas has also been certified by the Object Management Group (OMG) as a systems modeling professional (OCSMP) and by the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) as an associate systems engineering professional (ASEP).
