She began her career on as a shop floor machine operator, where she discovered her passion for engineering. Her career progressed from there to take on more challenging roles related to engineering and manufacturing, before she accepted a position with Dassault Systèmes.
Over the past 15 years at Dassault Systemes, Tonya has held multiple key roles within the brand and industry sales and services organizations.

Brian HENRY is an Industry Process Consultant at Dassault Systèmes, focused on solving complex supply chain planning & optimization puzzles and delivering value to his customers.
Over the years, Brian has been involved in the process from the ground up, starting with leading the implementations of various Dassault Systèmes supply chain solutions. Knowledge gained from years of implementations has led to his current role, in which he learns about the challenges facing and company and identifies the value Dassault Systèmes solution can provide.
He has been involved in many different industries, but most recently has been actively involved with several A&D customers, with a keen eye on production scheduling.
