Bertrand ORSAL is Dassault Systèmes' chief authority on the steel industry.
For 13 years, Mr. ORSAL developed innovative processes for ArcelorMittal, some of which were patented and published. After managing new works on a Seveso site for 2 years, he returned to the steel industry within the Fives group in 2019. He led the development of an award-winning automatic operations management solution for flat carbon steel continuous galvanizing lines.
In 2021, he joined Dassault Systèmes as Green Steel Senior Director to lead the group’s offer strategy for the steel industry.
