Javeed Mohammad HERIAL is serving as Strategic Account Director, Aerospace & Defense at Dassault Systemes. Earlier he served Dassault Systèmes in the capacity of Senior Consultant, Technical Account manager for Aerospace, Defense, Marine & Offshore. He joined Dassault Systèmes in 2006.
Before that, he has worked with HAL ARDC for 8 years in Design. He has rich experience in System Design, Analysis, Iron bird testing, Flight testing.
At Dassault Systèmes he has worked with different organizations in implementing PLM systems and implementing Design methodologies. His major achievements are implementing Equipment & systems solutions (Piping Design, Tubing Design, Equipment Design, Hanger Design, HVAC Design solutions) in context of VPM V4 and in context of VPM V5, Electrical Wire harness Design solution implementation, DMU solution implementation. He has also significant role in introducing in various 3DS solutions such as composites, sheet metal, DELMIA, SIMULIA solutions working with brand and sales and services team.
Kiran KUMAR has over 23 years of industry experience and is currently Senior Sales Manager - Aerospace & Defense, Marine & Offshore. In this role, his responsibilities include:
- Handling Strategic Aerospace and Defense, Marine & Offshore accounts, to generate software and services revenue.
- Transformational engagement with large / Strategic accounts to create a sustainable value-driven customer ecosystem.
- Build and nurture a credible relationship with customer C-Level and A&D industry leaders.
- C- Level relationships to structure and build transformational initiatives.
- Work with value-added partners and SI’s for transformation deals.
Kiran KUMAR holds a degree Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.
UMASHANKAR is currently the Industry Process Technical Executive, Aerospace & Defense at Dassault Systèmes. He has over 16 years of industry experience and more than 11 years of hands-on experience in FEA (Optimization, fatigue, Composite, Fracture & NVH) analysis and light material research. He is responsible for encouraging the adoption of Dassault Systèmes suite of solutions in Defense organizations and ensuring successful execution of key Aerospace & Defense programs.
UMASHANKAR is responsible for helping organizations to solve their product development challenges through adoption of 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. He holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.), Automotive Product Development from Deakin University.
Anant has around 20+ years of experience in Automotive and Aerospace Engineering Industry with greater exposure in Automotive and A&D manufacturing domain. He is presently working as Senior Technical Executive, A&D Industry Process Consultant at DASSAULT SYSTEMES India.
He has previously worked with Textron Aviation (Cessna Aircraft Company) as Technical Manager and trained, enabled design and manufacturing engineering groups across the organization. He was also responsible for building best practices and methods for the various groups.
Prior to Textron Aviation, he has worked with EDS Technologies as Competency Manager – PLM Manufacturing Solutions and with Spicer India Ltd. (JV of Anand Group Company with DANA Corporation) as Senior Application Engineer in their Drive shaft engineering group.
Anant has done his post-graduation in Automotive Engineering from M.S. Ramaiah School of Advanced Studies in collaboration with Coventry University (U.K), Bangalore.
Dr. Ravishankar MARIAYYAH is with Dassault Systèmes India's technical team for more than 15 years now. In his current role as Industry Process Consultant Manager, SIMULIA - his responsibilities include technical marketing, content creation, consulting and training with a focus to drive SIMULIA portfolio business.
Prior to this he was an equipment design engineer working for Intel Corporation, Chandler, Arizona. He holds a Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from UNC Charlotte and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathidasan University. His focus areas are Multi-Disciplinary Optimization, Reliability Based Design, Non-Linear FEA and CAE.
