Theunis BEUKMAN is a Senior Manager in SIMULIA R&D at Dassault Systèmes. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. He joined CST in 2015 where he has been responsible for the product planning of software tools related to filters, antennas and phased arrays. His interests include optimization and design automation, with a keen focus on passive RF components, profiled horns and mode-converters, meta-surfaces and active antenna arrays.
Wissam SAABE is a Modeling and Application Engineer at Dassault Systèmes, specializing in RF technologies and system simulation innovation. He joined AMCAD Engineering (now part of Dassault Systèmes) in 2017, where he focuses on developing software tools for behavioral modeling and system-level simulation of RF circuits. His academic journey includes a Ph.D. from the University of Limoges (XLIM Institute), supported by a scholarship from the French Space Agency (CNES), where he researched behavioral modeling of Traveling Wave Tube Amplifiers (TWTA) for satellite payload simulation. With nearly a decade of experience in RF circuit and system modeling, Wissam is deeply involved in advancing power amplifier modeling and contributing to defense and industrial applications, particularly in enabling virtual twins of active beamforming antennas within SIMULIA.
