Ben is a Mechanical Engineer Lead and Chief of Staff at Electroimpact, Inc. He has a broad range of experience in aerospace machine tools and fixture design, manufacture, and project management, having worked on projects for all the major OEMs and on some of the largest scales. He also has experience with the business requirements for these projects. He enjoys a diversity of work ranging from structural analysis to participating in state and local government. As Chief of Staff, he promotes and maintains Electroimpact corporate culture. He seeks to get paid to build cool stuff and have fun while earning money and expanding the market share for his employer. Ben lives in Edmonds, WA with wife Susan, daughter Hannah, and son, Nate.
