Guillaume GERONDEAU is Vice President at Dassault Systèmes, Transportation and Mobility Industry Asia. He is an expert in automotive, digital business transformation, and smart mobility.
Prior to joining Dassault Systèmes in 2015, he had a 30 years long career in the automotive industry as Senior International Innovation, Product, Marketing, Sales Executive, and Strategy Consultant.
Guillaume has experience as an executive in almost all the areas of the value chain in the automobile industry. He was head of global product strategy and product planning at Nissan. He was also heading global brand strategy and product marketing for Toyota after having been in charge of European product planning and marketing. At Renault, he managed a long-term research budget, led the innovation process and the reorganization of the R&D resource management, and was managing director of the Austrian subsidiary.
He also served as senior advisor of Booz Allen and Hamilton (now Strategy &) specialized in the automotive sector.
Rahul is the managing editor for Frontier Enterprise and SMEhorizon — the former covers enterprise technology developments in APAC, while the latter reports on content relevant to SMEs in Singapore. He has worked as a B2B tech marketer in the past, and has been the editor for some of Asia's pioneering technology publications. He co-founded Singapore's only antiquarian bookshop and has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
Graduated from Department of Electrical and Electronics, Faculty of Engineering Okayama University - Japan (Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering in 1993 and 1995) major in Power Electronics, under Government Scholarship (Overseas Fellowship Programme - 4). Visiting scholar at Tokyo Institute of Technology for Power Harmonics studies in 2002 sponsored by AIEJ. He was the Head of Engineering Center of BPPT, former Head of Electrical Technology Division in Center for Energy Conversion Technology BPPT. Ary A MARIANO has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from ITB, having a career at Astra from 1987 - 2020.
His previous roles include Director of PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia (2006-2020) and President Director of PT Gaya Motor (2009-2020).
Currently working in Astra Daihatsu Motor, the largest car manufacturer in Indonesia which produce both Toyota and Daihatsu Brand collaboration. Experience is mainly involved in compact car manufacturing process, especially Automotive Painting Factory and currently in charge of Assembly Department.
Previous experiences is related with establish cost tree analysis, operator/manpower multi skill development, cost reduction activity, create working environment based on Toyota Production System and as part of New Plant Project in Karawang.
Current activity as Production Department Head, including strengthen company value implementation, production preparation, improve automotive assembly quality, improve man power efficiency using efficient job cycle and reduce process waste, establish quality control system based on continuous feedback and mentoring.
