Having acquired an extensive experience in strategy and technology innovation management with investment banks and consultancy firms, Pascal DALOZ joined Dassault Systèmes in 2001 as Vice President Research, Strategy and Market development. He became Vice President, Strategy and Business Development (2003), Executive Vice President, Strategy and Marketing (2007), then Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Market Development (2010), and then Executive Vice President, Brands and Corporate Development (2014). In 2018, DALOZ became head of corporate Finance and Strategy.
As Deputy CEO & Chief Operating Officer, his role was to orchestrate the transformation of all strategic functions, with the aim for Dassault Systèmes to become the world leader in three key sectors of the economy: Manufacturing Industries, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Infrastructure & Cities.

He joined Dassault Systèmes in 2011 and carries more than 23 years of experience across different industries. He has driven key transformational projects in various industries including Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, High-tech, and Government.
In his previous role at Dassault Systèmes, as Director of Global Affairs and Innovative Business Development, he was instrumental to establish new partnerships by engaging in smart city projects and by developing industry-based programs for the workforce of the future.
Mr. Praveen MYSORE is Technical Director at Dassault Systèmes India Private Limited. He has been associated with Dassault Systèmes since 2002. Before joining Dassault Systèmes he was working with Mahindra & Mahindra, Mumbai as Press Tool Designer.
At Dassault Systèmes, he has held various positions starting with Application Engineer, Technical Manager, Brand Sales Director and now Technical Director. He is responsible for engaging with clients across 12 industry verticals on business transformational projects. His main focus is to drive the value engagements with clients to ensure that clients maximize the value of the solution from Dassault Systèmes and benefit from business transformation.
He has worked with many Indian and overseas clients in Asia Pacific region deploying the digital solution for engineering, manufacturing and governance from Dassault Systèmes.

He has more than 20 years of experience in Low and High speed UAV Design and Development. He has expertise in Structural Design, Analysis, Composite Materials, Digital Mockup & Configuration Management, Manufacturing & Assembly, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and End to end new product development. He has worked for various futuristic UAV programs. He is involved in several technology development activities like Serpentine air intake, composite bulkhead development, self sealing fuel tank, bird impact analysis and testing, Fluid-Structure interaction for internal Payload bay, Aeroelasticity, Automated post flight data analysis using AI-ML. He is the chief structural designer for the design and development of the UAV airframe. He is a certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) from the American Society of Quality (ASQ)
He has been instrumental in the implementation of PLM within ADE and developed a digital transformation path through Digital Mockup, Model Based Definition (MBD) , MBSE, Design for manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA) and Digital Manufacturing.

He has led Enterprise-wide Digital Transformation Program (EPSILON) - Covering entire EPCC Value chain, has 17+ years of experience in EPC and EPCM Projects in areas of Oil & Gas, Refinery & Petrochemicals fields.
