Deepak NG was appointed as Managing Director for Dassault Systèmes India in February 2020. He joined Dassault Systèmes in 2011 and carries more than 21 years of experience across different industries. He has driven key transformational projects in various industries including Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, High-tech, and Government. In his previous role at Dassault Systèmes, as Director of Global Affairs and Innovative Business Development, he was instrumental to establish new partnerships by engaging in smart city projects and by developing industry-based programs for the workforce of the future.
Smit, currently based in New Delhi, India, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Mumbai University and started his career as a software developer with Germin8, a social intelligence company that builds SaaS-based data analytics products.
Passionate about leveraging the power of healthcare data, he co-founded CheckApp - a health-tech startup, which created an interoperable healthcare data exchange protocol for on-demand access to clinical data across different healthcare service providers. His work also involved interacting with state governments to integrate healthcare data exchange with public health policies.
With his well-rounded business acumen and passion for public policy and technology integration to solve large-scale problems, he currently has a laser focus on the Indian drone industry and serves as the Director of the Drone Federation of India. He works ardently with leading drone manufacturers, service providers, and public and private sector corporations for creating opportunities and accelerating the growth of the drone industry in India.
Smit also plays a prominent role in drone policy advocacy by interacting with civil and defense government agencies and serves as a member of leading government drone policy and standardization committees.

Prof. Satya CHAKRAVARTHY is a Professor of Aerospace Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai, India. He received his Bachelor of Technology degree in Aerospace Engineering in 1991 from IIT Madras and went to obtain his Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering degree in 1992 and Doctor of Philosophy in 1995, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA.
Satya CHAKRAVARTHY works in the areas of propulsion and combustion and researches different aspects of combustion in gas turbine and rocket engines. He heads the National Centre for Combustion Research & Development (NCCRD) at IIT Madras. The NCCRD is the largest of its kind in the world, with a 5-storey building that houses state-of-the-art facilities for combustion research, including a 38metre-tall microgravity drop tower. Recently, Satya Chakravarthy is also heading the Centre of Propulsion Technology at IIT Madras.
He has around 100 peer-reviewed archival journal publications to his credit, and presented over 240 conference papers, delivered many keynotes/plenary/invited lectures, and visited many universities such as MIT, Cambridge, TU Berlin, TU Munich, etc., and industries such as GE, FM Global, etc. He is on the editorial board of Progress in Energy and Combustion Science and is a Colloquium Co-Chair on Solid Fuel Combustion for the International Symposia on Combustion, Dublin 2018 and Adelaide 2020. He has been awarded the HAL Prize for the best undergraduate in aerospace engineering in 1991, the Young Engineer Award by the Indian National Academy of Engineering in 2003, the Young Faculty Recognition Award by IIT Madras in 2009, the Dalmi-HEMSI-ACRHEM Award by the High Energy Materials Society of India in 2009, and the DRDO Academic Excellence Award by the Defence Research and Development Organization twice, in 2009 and 2016.
Satya CHAKRAVARTHY is the Lead Co-founder/CTO of The ePlane Company, a startup company aiming to make a new breed of aircraft called hybrid aerial vehicles for vertical takeoff and landing as well as a long-distance flights to carry goods and passengers, ultimately leading to air taxi operations; Co-founder Advisor of Aerostrovilos, which aims to produce micro gas turbines for decentralized power generation; Agnikul Cosmos, which aims to make mini rocket launch vehicles to launch micro-and nano-satellites into space orbits; X2Fuels & Energy, which aims to convert any kind of wastes—municipal solid wastes and Agri wastes—into crude oil; GalaxEye, which aims to develop multi-sensor remote sensing satellites with edge-computing AI. He is also the faculty mentor of the Avishkar Hyperloop student team at IIT Madras.
Jane JENKINS started as the Senior European Finance Director of BIOVIA in 2012 and currently functions as the Vice President of Customer Online Experience and the WW Hub Leader. She graduated from the University of Reading with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Finance and International Business and obtained her master' degree in Auditing, Management Accounting, and Information Systems from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology. Responsible for the Global Direct Cloud Business for Dassault Systemes which operates across three HUBs, EMEAR, AMERICAS, and ASIA PACIFIC. Lead the WW Business Developers Team whose mission is to prospect and qualify all leads across all engagement models and the WW Mediation Team, who are responsible for handling and closing License compliance cases.
Vincent obtained his degree in engineering, physics & software development at the ISAE-Supméca – Institut supérieur de mécanique de Paris. He started his career at Dassault Systèmes as an engineer, and is currently the VP of Online Engagement at Dassault Systèmes Vincent led the 3DS Cloud Multi-Channel growth initiative and accelerated the adoption of our cloud solution. He does this by implementing internal channel transformation to embody a "cloud-based" culture while developing a new user reach that accelerates user acquisition and onboarding.
Samridhi PANDEY is currently the Co-Founder, of DEFY Aerospace, a UAV and EVTOL innovator that is building a first-of-its-kind drone technology in India to serve the underserved in the emergency healthcare sector. Samridhi obtained her Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and her MSc in Aerospace Design from Cranfield University. Having worked for large MNCs like Shell and premier automotive companies like Rolls Royce, she founded Defy Aerospace in 2021 and operates as the CEO today.
Varun SHAHANI is a result-oriented executive with strong experience in conceptualizing, developing, and launching new products to meet customer demands and business goals. As a Product Line Manager when at Ather Energy he led direct as well as cross-functional teams, for a multi-generational product portfolio. As a Sr Manager at Bounce, he was directly responsible for the product vision, roadmap, and strategy. Now, as the associate director at Bounce, he is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, proactive approach, and strong ability to effectively translate complex operational concepts into tangible action plans. He received his Bachelors's and Masters's degrees in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
With 35+ years of experience in the technology space, Karthikeyan is currently the Sr Vice President at EDS Technologies. Having worked as an Assistant Manager at Ashok Leyland, he joined EDS Technologies as a Technical Director in 1995 and has been with the company now for over 27 years.
Raageshver J SOOD obtained his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from SRM university in 2018 and then his M.tech in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering in 2021. Having started at GalaxEye Space as an ADCS Intern he quickly progressed to become the Lead Spacecraft Systems Engineer.
Bhavesh comes with close to 20 years of experience in the simulation domain and has worked with customers across industries and segments. Previously at Dassault Systemes, Bhavesh led a passionate team of experts to grow the SIMULIA Brand in India, especially focusing on the industry adoption of multidisciplinary Multiphysics solutions from SIMULIA. While at Dassault Systemes, Bhavesh has managed several key responsibilities, from interacting with key customers across Asia on enterprise simulation solutions to working with strategic customers in India for the adoption of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Pushpendra P. SINGH is an experimental nuclear physicist with a passion for instrumentation. He earned a Ph.D. in Physics from the Aligarh Muslim University for experimental investigations of low-energy incomplete fusion carried out at the Inter-University Accelerator Centre, New Delhi. His research focuses on low-energy nuclear reactions, rare-decay studies, and deployment of cyber-physical systems in the domain of environment, agriculture, and water. He received "Prof. C. V. K. Baba Best Thesis Award - 2008" from the Indian Physics Association. He has been awarded INFN-International-Fellowship at the Laboratori Nazionali di Legnaro, Italy in 2009 after a postdoctoral stay at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai. During his stay at LNL, he worked on sub-barrier fusion and (multi)-nucleon transfer reactions using an electrostatic separator and PRISMA spectrometer in the research group of Prof. Dr. Alberto M. Stefanini.
After a term at Legnaro in 2011, he joined the Technical University Darmstadt / GSI - Helmholtz Centre for Heavy-Ion Research GmbH, Darmstadt, Germany as visiting scientist in the nuclear spectroscopy group of Prof. Dr. Norbert Pietralla / Prof. Dr. Juergen Gerl. At GSI, he has been associated with the Lund-York-Cologne-Calorimeter (LYCCA) and the Advanced GAmma Tracking Array (AGATA). He joined the Department of Physics at the Indian Institute of Technology Ropar in December 2013. He is a member of NuStAR collaboration for the Facility for Anti-proton and Ion Research (FAIR) at Darmstadt in Germany, and collaborates with the scientists from JINR Dubna (Russia), TU Darmstadt (Germany), ANL (USA), LASTI (University of Hyogo, Japan), Aksaray University (Turkey), IUAC (New Delhi), TIFR (Mumbai), and AMU (Aligarh).
He has been/is the principal investigator of a number of scientific projects approved by the national/international funding agencies, and is the author of >70 high-impact research articles. He is Project Director and Principal Investigator of iHub - AWaDH (Agriculture & Water Technology Development Hub) established by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, at IIT Ropar in the framework of National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NM-ICPS), and founder-director of the IIT Ropar - Technology and Innovation Foundation (a section - 8 company).
Robin KESAVAN is currently the Product Design Manager at Innoac Technologies, He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering - BE, Mechanical Engineering from Misrimal Navajee Munoth Jain Engineering College in 2008 and his Masters in Engineering Design from the TJ Institute of technology. Prior to joining Innoac Technologies, he worked as a design engineer at companies like eDES Engineering solutions, Axis Inc., SKP Consultants, and GGS Information Services before progressing to a lead engineer at Innoac Technologies.
Dr. Aravind Rajan AYAGARA obtained his B.Tech, Aeronautical Engineering, from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, 2014, his M.Tech, Computer-Aided Design Mechanical Engineering from the University of Orléans, France, 2016 and his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Orleans, France in 2019. His areas of expertise include Finite Element Method, Behavior of Materials under Dynamic Impact Loads, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Aerodynamics, Aircraft Structures, and Fluid-Structure Interactions. He is currently an associate professor at the Institute of Aeronautical Engineering and is leading research and development at UAVTech.
He is the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer of Cell Propulsion. Before joining Cell Propulsion he worked with companies like Axiom Research Labs & Liquid Propulsion System Centre/ ISRO. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Punjab Technical University.
Tanuj MITTAL is the Director of the Customer Process Experience engagement channel in India. He was appointed to this role in January 2021. In his current role, he is responsible for the overall growth of this engagement channel in India. This channel works for customer delight and value creation in collaboration with Value Added Resellers and leverages the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform to engage and build lasting relationships with customers and users.
Prior to this, Mr. MITTAL was responsible for driving strategy and revenue for new domains and new markets like Energy & Materials (Mining), Life Sciences & Manufacturing which are strategic for the long-term growth of DASSAULT SYSTEMES in India. He joined DASSAULT SYSTEMES in 2010 and has since taken up various regional and national sales roles before taking up the current assignment.
